 There seems to be this miss conception that PPV orgs earn some ridiculous amount of money and have an unfair advantage over all other players. I am bringing this up because of recent comments towards Chuck and the closing down of CEC and EMP following suit shortly after. I am also bringing this up because Mike also believes this, because he made running an org + private gym more expensive than running any other company plus a private gym.
PPV org profits are significantly overestimated. Sure you earn good money from events, but most of that goes back into sign on fees. Lets say you earn 1 million per event (which is a good estimate, i actually earned a bit less than this on average over the past 5 events), over a 10 month period

 The Tycoon World was once again shocked as "The Revenant" Chris Steve signed to ranked 5th org PFC.
In mere hours, the presence of The Revenant was felt as the organization jumped ahead of SYN and Inferno to seat on the 3rd spot in the Tycoon World !
Chris Steve has been for a few years now considered as the most electrifying fighter in the Tycoon Universe and holds record breaking contracts in his last 2 short lived contracts.
The Revenant seats as is always the case on top of his division and many opponents right under, including the champ out of Camp Grumpy Bastard.
The dynamic duo of sensei and star student just keep headlining events everywhere. It seems like every other week Ibby and Grumpy are filling up another 93000 stadium to the brim.

 Wulfgang Bleak, defying the odds.
For a young professional MMA fighter, Wulfgang Bleak has defied the odds to this point in his MMA career. He started slow with a 1-2 QFC record as he wanted to fight off some pent up anger and his training wasn't satisfying his needs.
As he started training, and after his second loss, Bleak started heeding the words of his trainers and focusing more on his efforts in the gym. He didn't take another amateur fight, but when offered a contract to join the RRFC he couldn't resist. It was hard to make ends meet and now that he was training full time, he couldn't afford to work full time. Money talks...
After fighting for several months in the RRFC at a heavier weight class than his natural weight, and still obtaining a 5-1 professional MMA record in the RRFC against far more seasoned fighters, Bleak has finally given himself a break. Not a break from training or fighting, a break in his career.
