Stomp-a-thon 12        20 June 2015        Review by Rabid Alien (102643)
The Romper Room Butt-Stompers has once again shown why its events are becoming the Saturday night "place to be" here in Las Vegas with an incredible show at the The Underground this June 20th.  This exciting event had 10 fights resulting in 5 knockouts, 2 submissions and Draw for the viewing pleasure of the MMA fans who charged in to see it.  This review will hopefully visualize for the fans who sadly missed it....just what a great evening they missed out on.  If my verbs fail u can get the straight poop at http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgeventmanager.php?EvID=836731.  This event was sponsored by Vikai Gear (4457) based at Hilo Hawaii.

170 lbs fight between Justin "The Nick of" Tyme (270555) and Kurt Wallander (270497)
Both men are boxers and both are stepping into the ring for the 1st time.  Wallander spent a surprising amount of time and energy on working the takedown. but either he reallt SUCKS at them, or Tyme was a takedown stuffing master with 11 attempts all failures.  Wallander was also busy punching....but seldom finding a landing spot with only 4 strikes landed of the 25 thrown.  Tyme on the other hand, landed 18 of 23 thrown and more importantly the crisp combo he dropped Wallander with at minute left in the round, and then in the final seconds he knocks Wallander right the hell OUT with a left hand, and hes asleep before he hit the canvas!  Brutal knockout !
Results:    After 4:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Justin Tyme!

170 lbs fight between Tyson Foley (270481) and Mads Nielsen
Foley is boxer working on his ground game and Nieslen is a wrestler working his boxing game....There were more takedown attaempts that strikes thrown in the standup battle and much of this fight was on the ground and reminded me of 2 of my sisters without the screeching.  Interesting to see both men working submissions in the ground war...
Results:    The 3 judges see this fight a DRAW at 29:29/29:28/28:29.

205 lbs fight between Mike "The Wolverine" Mudeatter (271740) Christian "Kiki" Bocceli (269193)
Mudeatter is a boxer and Bocceli is a Muay Thai fighter with some BJJ skills.  Ding Ding !  Bocceli takes a cut early and is looking for a takedown when Mudeatter lands a left and a right that send Bocceli crashing to the mat, dazed.  He gets to his feet wobbled and Bocceli wants to clinch but Mudeatter slips to the side and Mudeatter shoots in for a double leg counter - driving through into a slam and Bocceli is out! The slam has knocked him out cold!
Results:    After 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Mike Mudeatter!  Mudeatter was awarded "KO of the night".

185 lbs fight between Islam "Raven" Makhachev (271331) and Ivan Kozlov (273323)
Makhachev is a boxer and Kozlov is a street style fighter.  Ding Ding !  Its starts with a good exchange - Makhachev coming out on top and It looks like Ivan Kozlov has been cut. Makhachev is increasing his aggression and then busts Kozlov nose bad enough he is covering up, and Makhachev just proceeds to beat that drum and rains blows until the referee steps in.
Results:    After 0:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Islam Makhachev!

170 lbs fight between Pollyanne "Miss Deborah" Rothchild (267404) and Enoch Hauser
Rothchild is our 1st "polygendered cross-dressing showgirl man" fighter and seems to be into making grown men cry, and Hauser is well versed in the ground fighting and comes out swinging but missing.  Rothchild avoids the attacks and snatchs Hauser in judo throw into side control!  Nice move.  Rothchild is working submissions but Hauser is displaying good submission defense and defending nicely, but Rothchild is showing a shit-storm of submission attempts and...
Results:     After 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Pollyanne Rothchild!  Rothchild is awarded "Submission of the night".

265 lbs fight between Major "Defender Of Twats" Moonstone (267538) and Julio "Nodrebar" Shogun (266665)
Shogun is a street style wrestler and Moonstone is a boxer.  Ding Ding !  Moonstone comes in swinging and Shogun to the clinch were he takes a cut just before pulling guard, epic fail.  Shogun is distributing kneees around and distributes a knee with a cut attachment and now both men are bleeding.  They go at it with Shogun throwing elbows and knees and looking for a takedown, but Moonstone is landing like a sniper on accuracy supplements and rocks Shogun with a right hand and then a minute later knocks him down with another right hand.  Shogun bounces to is feet and BAM! Moonstone delivers a spinning backfist that drops Shogun like a ragdoll!  Well done beautiful backfist !
Results:    After 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Spinning Backfist). Major Moonstone!

185 lbs fight between Petr "The Prince" Kropotkin (267819)  and "The Python" Payton (267824)
Kropotkin is a a BJJ fighter with strength inj boxing. Payton is a BJJ fighter.  Ding Ding !  Its Payton with the clinch/takedown and Kropotkin straight into submission attempts.  They both try a few submissions but the referee got bored and stood them up.  Round 2, sees Payton with an instant takedown and Kropotkin straight to the submission attempts.  And the rest of the fight much the same....up down submissions attempts roll around, up, down, repeat. My sisters put on a better show...
Results:    All 3 judges see the fight the same at 28:29.  in favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Petr Kropotkin!

185 lbs fight between "Chicken Foot" Sammy Suarez (266133) and Richard "The Count" Blood (266042)
Blood is a wrestler and Suarez is a well rounded street style fighter.  Blood had a plan...take Suarez down and submit him. It didn't work.  While Blood was single-mindedly following that plan, Suarez was getting in a shot here and there as he defended.  In the end it was those 7 strikes landed that took the fight.
Results:    All 3 judges see the fight the same at 29:28  in favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Sammy Suarez!

265 lbs fight between Higgs "Smash" Boson (271743) and Harry "Triple H" Hemmington Hogwell (271867)
Hogwell and Boson are both boxers.  Ding Ding !  Hogwell comes out swinging and its Boson with the clinch and pulls guard.  Boson ends things quickly with a guillotine.
Results:    After 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Higgs Boson!

185 lbs fight between Rustam "Tiger" Khabilov (268965) and Sergei Tatarinov (267488)
Khabilov is a wrestler and Tatarinov is a street fighter with strengths in Muay Thai.  Ding Ding !  Tatarinov comes out kicking and Khabilov looking for the takedown but cant get it until 2 minutes into the round.  Noticably Khabilov is the more accurate striker landing 27 out of 28 strikes.  And most of those were on the ground were Tatarinov was rocked in the last seconds.  Round 2, Tatarinov still kicking and it takes Khabilov a minute to get the takedown.  Halfway through rond 2, Khabilov cracks Tatarinov with a big elbow and hurts him.  Quickly dropping bombs, Khabilov finishes it.
Results:    After 2:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rustam Khabilov!

GOOD NIGHT !!
