And here we are at issue 14, jeez they are flying by. As per normal we have gathered here today as a bunch of blood thirsty fight fans to watch the latest GAMMA card. This time gracing London fans with the spectacle of attending a live GAMMA Pay Per View.

And GAMMA have a special treat for their English supporters, putting up the coveted Heavyweight Championship for grabs, between two big name warriors, can’t wait for that one!

So let’s not keep the fans waiting!

UNDER CARD

#1 - Duke Nukem vs Multtuli Margabiaru - 265+ lbs

Prediction: Nukem is coming off a loss but going off the skill sheet he has this fight covered. Though, his opponent is 50 pounds heavier and 30+ cm taller. Margabiaru has 21 knockouts to his name. Tough one to call, Nukem will have the advantage on the ground and could take use of those long limbs dangling around him for the sub, but 50 pounds is a lot of weight. I'm going with Margabiaru by knockout.

#2 - Travis Bickle vs Stanley Burrell - 170 lbs

Prediction: A closer battle, 60 plus fights between these two. Burrell is coming off a win, while Bickle is coming off a loss where he broke a 7 fight win streak. Bickle will reboot the streak and get a TKO finish in this prelim battle.

#3 - Brian Burns vs Yorick Brown - 205 lbs

Prediction: Burns seems to be a submission pony, but he has a tough ask against Brown who has never once tapped. Both men are coming off losses, Burns will certainly want to take this down, but Brown has been in MMA a long time, and has yet to be submitted, that can't be coincidence with 49 fights under his belt. Brown via KO.

#4 - Puukko Bulevardi vs Igor Yakovchenko - 155 lbs

Prediction: Yakovchenko broke a big losing streak in his last outing, but now faces a much more difficult test. Bulevardi is a world class boxer, and world famous ground specialist. He is coming off two wins, and looks very keen to continue that trend. Bulevardi will take this contest, I suspect by TKO, but he could very easily showcase his impeccable ground game and get a submission.

#5 - Jack Burton vs Karate Kid - 145 lbs

Prediction: Another grapple fest to appease the hard-core fans. Burtons submission skills are top notch, a red belt in BJJ he has 9 submission wins so far and also 6 TKOs to round it all off. Kid is no stranger to the grapple however, a black belt himself, but looking at his history I’d say Burton has him covered in every submission skill there is. Burton will win, early.

MAIN CARD

#1 - Agent 47 "Hitman" (224041) (RED) vs "Grease" Jorde Runkputte (207340) (BLUE) - 170 lbs

Red Corner: The Hitman is back and is running hot with two wins under his cap. He has a professional standing of 17 wins, and 7 losses and is from the land down under, Australia. At 27 he has a long career ahead if he can avoid a few more TKO losses for a while.

Blue Corner: From Sweden, Grease trains out of Helsinki and at 31 he has amassed a record of 23 wins, 11 losses and one draw. Coming off a loss to Galloway Sackett at GAMMA #549 he will be ripe to turn it around.

Preview: The Hitman is a fast accurate striker, a lot of his finishes come from quite late in the fight where he has worn his opponent down with relentless and precise strikes, so beware of his counter punch - and don't even bother taking him down because he'll tap you. Hitman 47 has this in the bag, and will take it by assassination.

#2 - "The Bear" Pavel Dubrov (186835) vs Nero "La Bestia" Padilla (184590) - 205 lbs

Red Corner: The Russian Bear! Training out of Las Vegas with a ticket of 24 wins and 14 losses. He is 34, and only has 6 TKO losses, so his chin could still have a lot of fights left. He has power with plenty of finishes, though he is coming off a loss at GAMMA #551 where the fight was stopped due to his cut, which has happened plenty of times before - expect his opponent to try and open him up early.

Blue Corner: Nero is back from Charming, originally from Columbia, and at 34 with a record of 27-14. He trains out of LA, and broke a three fight losing streak in his last fight against Never More at GAMMA #550. He has hard hands, and can play on the ground effectively - a true mixed martial artist.

Preview: I think Padilla should take this fight down. He can win the fight anywhere, but I expect he'll cut open the bear early and we will either see a KO finish or the ref step in.

#3 - "I want to Vomit" Scotty Bennet (167187) vs Hektor Troy (160259) - 185 lbs

Red Corner: Hailing from LA and now training out of Las Vegas, and apparently he wants to vomit. An MMA vet at 36 with a massive 43 wins and 14 losses. The real deal with 28 TKO finishes, and is coming off a loss at GAMMA #551 where he failed to challenge for the title against Viv Richards. It is pretty clear he will want to regain his heat and start winning for another shot at the gold before he hangs up the gloves.

Blue Corner: Hektor is from Greece, and now trains out of Las Vegas. He is getting on at 37, and has built a career of 39 wins, 21 losses and 1 draw. A masterful striker and former Middleweight Champion. He has plenty of power with 16 finishes, and it is worth mentioning he has lost to submission 4 times in his career.

Preview: A pretty even contest, and should be an exciting stand up war. There is a very good chance one of these men will be knocked out, so keep the camera handy for that million dollar KO shot. Fairly even in skill, Bennet will have a very slight height advantage but nothing big enough to make a huge impact. Bennet by TKO finish.

Co-MAIN EVENT - Attila "THE" Hun (225681) vs Joe "Big Country" Gage (212536) - 205 lbs

Red Corner: Attila the Hun is back! From Las Vegas, and fighting from there, he is managed my GSP's Illegitimate Son and has a record of 19 wins and 6 losses. In his last fight, as every single GAMMA fight fan witnessed, he lost his belt late in the fourth round to Tony Siblas at GAMMA #550. You know he'll be out for blood after that loss.

Blue Corner: Big Country Gage is from Brooklyn, and now camps out of Las Vegas. Under the management of David Brent, he has amassed a record of 26 wins and 9 losses. Watch those heavy hands though, having knocked out 21 opponents, this guy doesn't play around. He has had a good start at GAMMA going 2-0, and is on a 5 fight winning run. He will be high on confidence, and a win over Hun would put him square in the title mix.

Preview: A great matchup, and a tough test for Hun who suffered his first loss in quite a while. But I think his up for it. These two fighters will go to war with their knuckles, and although I want to tip Gage, I have to go with Hun by decision.

MAIN EVENT - Joe Jordan (196358) vs "The Hammer" Tony Slevin (180928) - HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

The following contest is scheduled for five, five minutes rounds, in the GAMMA Heavyweight division, and is for, the GAMMA Heavyweight Championship!

Introducing first! The Champion! Fighting, out of the red corner, from and fighting out of Amsterdam, under the sound management of Thor HIGH he has built up a profession record of 27 wins and 11 losses. He stands 205cm tall, weighs in at 265 pounds, and is the reigning world Heavyweight Champion, Joe Jordan!

The challenger, fighting, out of the blue Corner, From Ireland and fighting out of Sydney Australia, under the management of Digga Dogman he has a professional record of 23 wins and 6 losses. Standing 200cm tall, and weighing in at 265 pounds, he is ready for a war, The Hammer! Tony Slevin!

Preview: The Champ is on a good run, on a 4 fight streak, and is on his second title defense, certainly a strong favorite going into this bout. The Challenger is no easy feat, every GAMMA fan out there knows this guy, a two time super heavyweight champion with a total of 9 GAMMA title fights in his career, he is no stranger to a big feel fight. And it doesn't get a lot bigger than this. He is coming off a loss, where he dropped the super heavyweight belt to Julien Touret at GAMMA #549, but make no mistake he will be ready to hoist that heavyweight belt for the first time. This is a tough fight and should be fight of the night, Slevin is too strong, and he has everything it takes to knock out Jordan. Slevin by TKO, round 2.
