pickerins throws a leg kick but Valance sees it coming and checks it nicely.
No luck for Valance with that takedown attempt.
pickerins stuffs the takedown attempt from Valance. Valance gets slowly back to his feet.
Valance changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. pickerins tries to avoid it but Valance manages to keep hold of a leg and drag pickerins to the ground. pickerins escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bob pickerins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Barry Valance.
Valance shoots for a double leg takedown but pickerins sprawls well. He's pushed Valance's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Valance shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says pickerins as he avoids it easily.
Valance fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
