4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Henry Hitman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nic Caswell! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hitman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Caswell throws a right and a left that both miss. Nic Caswell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hitman fails with a takedown attempt. Caswell throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hitman. Hitman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Caswell tries to avoid it but Hitman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Caswell to the ground. Caswell escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henry Hitman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Excellent takedown into side control there by Caswell. Hitman manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hitman is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Caswell is looking for a sweep. Hitman is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Caswell is pressing down on Hitman's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hitman thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Hitman is breathing heavily. Hitman won't allow Caswell to get back to his feet. Hitman thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Caswell tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hitman looking to pass the guard. Caswell really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hitman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Caswell has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hitman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Caswell wants to get back to his feet but Hitman is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Hitman thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Caswell drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hitman is looking to regain half guard here but Caswell keeps moving and retains side control. Caswell tries to advance to mount but can't. Hitman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Caswell wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hitman, who protects the arm well. Caswell is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hitman is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hitman is looking to reverse the position. Caswell stands up and we're back to a striking position. Hitman slips a straight right by Caswell. Caswell shoots in and bounces Hitman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Hitman looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Hitman is looking for a triangle but Caswell pushes his legs off easily.
Caswell trying to control but Hitman is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Caswell would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Caswell stands up over Hitman, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Hitman working for submissions but it's allowed Caswell to get to half guard.
Caswell is looking for a kimura but Hitman is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Caswell to get the leverage. Caswell seems to be looking for submissions.
Hitman gets full guard. Hitman will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Caswell forces his way into half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Hitman tries to get to full guard but Caswell has control of the leg. Caswell lands strikes from half guard. Caswell is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hitman defends it well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hitman gets full guard. Caswell wants to pass the guard but Hitman is keeping the position. Hitman is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hitman can't keep his opponent in guard - Caswell advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Hitman is trying to get back to full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hitman is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Caswell pulls his head out easily. Hitman looking for submissions off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nic Caswell dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Caswell misses with a series of wild punches.
Hitman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Caswell's waist but Caswell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hitman off to one side. Hitman slips under a jab. Caswell drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Caswell is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hitman has escaped the position, nice work there. Caswell tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Caswell tries for a kimura but Hitman is defending well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Hitman is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Caswell off and has taken his back!

Hitman is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Caswell is tapping out! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Riot V throws a looping overhand right but Yokeldorf ducks down to avoid it. The fight stays on the outside here - Riot V looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Riot V cracks Yokeldorf with a big right hand and Yokeldorf goes down!

It looks like Wallybabba Yokeldorf has been cut. Riot V trying to stand up but can't free himself from Yokeldorf's guard. Yokeldorf is still in real trouble! Can Riot V finish him? Yokeldorf had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Riot V is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Yokeldorf Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Riot V's back instead. Yokeldorf is trying to stick to Riot V's back but Riot V is turning into Yokeldorf. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Yokeldorf's guard. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thompson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lambardini. Lambardini tries to clinch but Thompson is having none of it. Lambardini misses the jab. Thompson shoots in but no luck this time. Lambardini takes the fight into the clinch. A short left from Lambardini. Lambardini lands a body shot in the clinch.
Lambardini lands a shoulder strike. Lambardini tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Lambardini stops a takedown attempt from Thompson.
Lambardini gets through Thompson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Lambardini blocks an elbow strike from Thompson.

Spectacular working for a submission but Martinez is keeping him at bay. Martinez really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Martinez looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Spectacular! Submission of the night perhaps?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Davis with that takedown attempt. Davis throws a body punch but Carter moves out of range. Davis loads up on a big right hand but Carter slips the punch. Davis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Carter tries to clinch but Davis is having none of it. Carter fails with the takedown. Davis keeps the fight on the outside. Carter moves away from the strike by Davis. Davis misses with a hook. Davis takes a swing at Carter's ribcage but misses. Davis swings for the body but Carter moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carter stalks Davis and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Davis's face. Davis staggers backwards, shaken. Carter tries to bum rush Davis with a series of wild strikes but Davis uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Carter's corner calls for a 1-2. Carter obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Carter works over Davis's head and body with a nice combination. Carter cracks the inside of Davis's front leg.
