Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bert Reich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Anjill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reich comes to the ring accompanied by Flotsam and Jetsam - Saturday night 's alright for fighting. Anjill is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Double J's Theme. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reich swings for the body but Anjill moves out of range.
Anjill fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Reich, pushing him back against the ropes. A right handed body shot lands from Anjill.
A short left from Anjill. Reich wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Anjill has him pressed against the ropes. Reich breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Anjill gets in close and instigates a clinch. Reich takes a shot to the head. Anjill drops down looking for an ankle pick but Reich pulls his leg out and moves away.
Reich wants to land a leg kick but Anjill is out of range. Anjill has managed to clinch.
Anjill working some nice short punches in the clinch. Anjill has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Reich uses from the top position. Anjill has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Reich can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Reich is breathing heavily. Anjill manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Reich manages to get himself to full guard.

Reich is trying to get back to his feet but Anjill has full control of the position and if anything, Reich has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Frank Esposito seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Esposito misses with a kick to the body and Lima connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Esposito looks to land a right hand but Lima moved out of range. Lima moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Esposito takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
