Undercard bout

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Kovth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wacko Warner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jeremy Kovth had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 137.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Wacko Warner will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovth throws a right and a left that both miss.
Warner fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

and Warner counters with a single leg into guard. Kovth didn't expect that.

Kovth had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Warner is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kovth Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Warner's back instead.
Kovth doesn't have the hooks in and Warner manages to turn into his guard.
Warner slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cameron takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Thunderstruck lands a left and a right that send Cameron crashing to the mat, dazed. Thunderstruck thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Jack Cameron has been cut.
Cameron is breathing heavily.
Thunderstruck throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A combination from Thunderstruck does no damage.
Thunderstruck lands a nice hook to Cameron's body. Cameron takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Thunderstruck cracks Cameron with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Thunderstruck has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Cameron to stand back up!
Cameron is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Thunderstruck is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Cameron hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
