The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Akiyama keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Akiyama throws a right and a left that both miss. Akiyama moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Akiyama fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Akiyama gets a clinch. A head punch on the inside from Akiyama fails to land. Shakur wants a takedown.
Akiyama is leaning against Shakur and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Akiyama lands on the inside with an uppercut. Akiyama lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. A shot in the inside from Akiyama. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Akiyama working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Akiyama lands with a right to the head. Akiyama managing to block the knees to the body from Shakur.
Shakur looks gassed! Akiyama lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Shakur backwards. Akiyama lands an uppercut. Shakur is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Akiyama is keeping busy. Shakur tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Yoshihiro Akiyama has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tupac Shakur. Akiyama lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Shakur wants a takedown but no success here.

2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bill West! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! West closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Drako to the mat! Drako manages to get full guard. Drako looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! West gets to his feet. Drako looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! West looking for a takedown here - he's got it. West is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. West stands up from Drako's guard - West perhaps looking for a knockout. West darts in and clinches Drako up against the cage. Drako working hard to break the clinch. West gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. West uses his free foot to push down on Drako's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Drako. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Drako is bucking up trying to escape but West cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. West sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. West lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. West lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Drako hang on? Drako has given up his back.
West is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Drako with him. Drako is trying to defend but West has an arm under the chin now! Drako grimaces and is forced to tap out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rover fakes the leg kick and cracks Jordan in the body. Rover will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rover throws a sloppy head kick and Jordan moves out of range easily. Rover takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Rover lands the left hand. Jordan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rover.
Jordan tries to clinch up. Rover throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Jordan takes a swing at Rover's ribcage but misses. Jordan misses with a series of wild punches.
Jordan looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Rover throws a lazy right hand but Jordan sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. No joy there for Jordan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Jordan goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Jordan connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Jordan throws a nice outside leg kick. Jordan cracks a nice hook into Rover's ribs. A nice combination there by Jordan.

and Jordan counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Jordan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jordan dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rover. That did some damage! Jordan tests Rover's chin there with a solid looking shot. Rover on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Jordan scores with a jab to the body. Jordan is looking to clinch. Rover has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Left hook, right uppercut from Jordan. This has been an exciting period of action! Jordan moves into the clinch successfully.

Daunte Jordan seems to be getting the better of the standup. Rover takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Rover is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Jordan. Daunte Jordan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Rover jumps guard but Jordan stands there with Rover around his waist. Rover gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Jordan works his way back into a safe position though. Daunte Jordan is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jordan tries to stand but Rover is controlling from the bottom. Rover is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Rover thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Jordan is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rover's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rover's back! Rover is in bad spot here.
Jordan has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Rover's body.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Jordan biding his time, controlling Rover. Rover tries to escape but Jordan has the hooks in and won't let him break free. What can Rover do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jordan really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Rover. Jordan keeps control of the position as Rover tries to break free.

And that's the end of the fight! Daunte Jordan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jordan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Badam closes the distance and pushes Austin back into the cage. Badam breaks the clinch.
