and Sutherland counters with a good low kick that Lynch was not able to check. Lynch throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sutherland counters with a lovely straight right hand! Lynch throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Sutherland counter with a right hand. Sutherland tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lynch swivels and escapes. Lynch throws a combination that misses and Sutherland counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Lynch misses with a combination
and Sutherland counters by clinching up. Sutherland wants a takedown but no success here.
Sutherland swings wildly with an uppercut but Lynch uses good head movement to avoid it. Lynch is trying to push Sutherland away but Sutherland has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Sutherland creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Sutherland tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Lynch smiles and moves away.
Micky Lynch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Sutherland. Lynch falls off balance throwing a combination
so Sutherland counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Sutherland is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Lynch keeping moving, preventing Sutherland from controlling successfully. Lynch is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sutherland is controlling him. Sutherland throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lynch works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Sutherland slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

and Sutherland counters with a shoot takedown. Lynch fights it but they end up in guard. Sutherland stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lynch swivels though and keeps the full guard. Sutherland cracks Lynch with a solid left hand. Sutherland won't allow Lynch to get back to his feet. Sutherland wants to control from the top but Lynch keeps moving.

Lynch misses with a double jab
and Sutherland counters with a nice body shot. A jab from Sutherland misses. Lynch stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lynch wants it to stay on the feet.
Lynch closes the distance and pushes Sutherland back into the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Lynch. Sutherland tries for a takedown but Lynch manages to get underhooks.

Sutherland is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Lynch wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Lynch takes a knee to the side of the body. Sutherland has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lynch avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Sutherland struggles to land a body shot inside as Lynch controls his hands.
Sutherland escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lynch takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Lynch throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sutherland counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Lynch is breathing heavily. Lynch looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Lynch throws a combination that misses and Sutherland counters with a right hand to the body. Sutherland tries to clinch but Lynch is having none of it. Lynch tries to clinch and Sutherland makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Lynch dodges the punch combination from Sutherland.

Sutherland bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Sutherland wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lynch keeps working. Sutherland advances to mount. Lynch wants to try and get back to his feet. Sutherland controlling his opponent. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Lynch takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sutherland content just to control the position here. Sutherland lands with some strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Sutherland dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Sloppy strikes from Sutherland. Those never looked like landing. Sutherland fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Sutherland misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sutherland shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lynch but Lynch pushes him off and we're back to square one. Sutherland shoots in but Lynch avoids the takedown attempt easily. Micky Lynch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Sutherland. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lynch lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Lynch.

Sutherland is looking to take a break and control but Lynch is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Sutherland prevents Lynch from escaping the position. Lynch knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sutherland on the ground.

Sutherland looking to finish with strikes here!

Radoslaw Kosowski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kosowski's corner calls for a 1-2. Kosowski obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Stansbury showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kosowski.

Kosowski scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Stansbury shoots in for a double leg but Kosowski sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Kosowski looks to land a combination but Stansbury avoids it well. Stansbury doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Kosowski ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stansbury moves away. A punch combination from Kosowski misses. Stansbury shoots in looking for a takedown but Kosowski manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Stansbury's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Kosowski looks to land a combination but Stansbury avoids it well. Stansbury doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Stansbury takes a body punch but keeps moving. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kosowski throws a right and a left that Stansbury avoids nicely.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kosowski tries to get out of the position. Stansbury is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Kosowski is trying to stand up here but Stansbury is controlling him well. Stansbury throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Kosowski keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kosowski is looking to get back to is feet but Stansbury passes into side control.
Stansbury has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Stansbury lands a decent elbow from side control. Stansbury looks up at the clock and then as Kosowski takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Stansbury smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stansbury tries to score with some ground and pound. Kosowski controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Stansbury lands an elbow. Kosowski takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Stansbury has hold of Kosowski's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kosowski seems comfortable defending it but Stansbury has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kosowski is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kosowski is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Stansbury couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Chirichtus lands with a kick to the temple. Levitan shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Chirichtus fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Levitan throws a head kick but Chirichtus moves out of range.
Chirichtus tries to clinch up but Levitan circles away and keeps his distance. Levitan swats away the attempt to clinch by Chirichtus. Levitan connects with a body shot that sends Chirichtus's belly button to the back. Chirichtus throws a head kick but Levitan moves out of range.

Levitan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. A chopping leg kick lands by Levitan. Levitan lands with an overhand left.

Levitan Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Chirichtus's chin! Chirichtus crumbles to the ground and Levitan follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Levitan!

Palermo tries to clinch up but Marquez circles away and keeps his distance. Marquez misses with a right hand and Palermo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Palermo is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Marquez is controlling him. Marquez chips away with some ground and pound. Palermo wants to stand and escape but Marquez is having none of it. Marquez has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Marquez landing some decent shots from guard. Marquez controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Marquez won't allow Palermo to get back to his feet.

and Marquez counters with a series of strikes that sends Palermo to the canvas! Marquez follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight! Marquez passes into half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Marquez stalling. Marquez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Palermo on the ground. Marquez has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Cain Marquez will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Cain Marquez's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Marquez avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Oooh a lovely combination from Marquez sends Palermo down but not out. Marquez dives into side control looking to finish. Marquez lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Palermo down.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Marquez here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Marquez is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cain Marquez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marquez misses with a body kick.

and Marquez counters with a shoot takedown. Palermo fights it but they end up in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cain Marquez dominated that second round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
