The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Rua throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lee's waist but Lee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rua off to one side.
Lee misses with a double jab.
A nice leg kick lands there from Lee.
Lee closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Oooooh!!! Lee has knocked Rua down with a huge combo! Lee steps away and waves a wobbly Rua back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Thiago Rua has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lee thuds his shin into the meat of Rua's side.
Oh Rua is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Inoki throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gracie stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Inoki lands a nice leg kick that just misses Gracie's sensitive parts.

It looks like Rodrigo Gracie has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Inoki throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gracie takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Inoki uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gracie has time to react.
