Alonso closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Alonso lands in his opponent's guard.
Alonso sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Brown's guard.

Brown really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Alonso. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Alonso is nestled in close to Brown, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Savage shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dir's guard.
