rater shoots in for a double leg but Moller sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFinnigan tests Belfort's chin there with a solid looking shot.

It looks like Vitor Belfort has been cut.
Belfort avoids the body shot from McFinnigan.

McFinnigan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Belfort moves away.
A telegraphed right hand from McFinnigan misses the target.
Belfort doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Belfort throws a front kick aimed at McFinnigan's knee but McFinnigan avoids it well.
Belfort looks to land a right hand but McFinnigan moved out of range.
McFinnigan throws a low kick but it's checked well by Belfort.
Belfort throws out a leg kick but McFinnigan moves out of range and Belfort only half commits.
Belfort smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

A jab lands there for McFinnigan.

McFinnigan throws a right and a left that both miss.
Belfort avoids the body shot from McFinnigan.

McFinnigan dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Belfort gets cracked there but stands up to it.
McFinnigan takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

and Belfort counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
McFinnigan throws a hook but Belfort avoids it easily.

McFinnigan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Belfort stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

McFinnigan lands a nice looking body shot.
McFinnigan connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Belfort tumbling to the canvas! McFinnigan pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Belfort was done - good stoppage!
