0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Hans Hardmen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Hank Cole! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hardmen tries to clinch up. Cole clinches. Cole throws a punch but it's blocked by Hardmen. Cole manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Cole lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Hardmen is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Cole lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Cole lands a nice uppercut. Cole stalling against the cage.
A short uppercut from Cole. Cole pushes Hardmen back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Hardmen drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cole pulls his leg out and moves away.
Cole moves in looking to clinch but Hardmen pushes him off. Cole with a hook. Cole wants to clinch up but Hardmen keeps it at a distance. Cole connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Hardmen shoots and misses and Cole counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Cole. The referee is keeping an eye on Cole - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Cole is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Hardmen is trying to maintain a safe position but Cole gets an underhook and turns Hardmen into the cage. Cole lands a hook that snaps the head of Hardmen backwards. Cole stalling the fight.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Hank Cole. Cole tries to clinch up but Hardmen circles away and keeps his distance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hardmen lies dazed against the cage as Cole celebrates with his cornermen!

I think Rex might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Through The Fire And Flames by Dragonforce. Tyson Rex could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Nino Abbas's chin.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Nino Abbas! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abbas drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rex prevents Abbas from moving into mount. Rex is trying to get back to half guard. Rex is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Abbas is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Abbas goes for an armbar but Rex turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Rex. Rex connects with a couple of short punches. Rex trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rex working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Abbas's head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Abbas wants to sweep here but Rex controlling him for the moment. Rex is looking to work some ground and pound but Abbas has wrist control. Rex working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Rex advances to half guard. Abbas tries to get to full guard but Rex has control of the leg. Rex will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Rex wants to work for an arm triangle but Abbas is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Abbas is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rex's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rex's back!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rex manages to reverse the position and now he's in Abbas's guard. Nice work there by Rex.
Rex throws a big right hand that misses. Rex pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Abbas is keeping the position for now. Abbas looks gassed! Abbas avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Rex slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Abbas dodges the ground and pound from Rex. Rex wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Abbas, who protects the arm well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rex goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Abbas has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Rex but great work by Abbas. Rex is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Rex struggling a bit here. Abbas is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rex is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Rex sneaks back into half guard. Rex wants to control the action here but instead Abbas manages to pass to full mount! Rex is working to get back to half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Tyson Rex will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
Abbas scores with a takedown into Rex's guard. Rex is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Rex working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Abbas doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Abbas manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Abbas wants to pass the guard but Rex is keeping the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Abbas is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Abbas is pushing down on Rex's leg trying to pass to half guard. Rex is fighting to maintain full guard but Abbas has managed to sneak the leg through. Rex won't allow Abbas to pass to mount. Rex looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Rex is looking to get back to full guard here but Abbas has managed to pass to side control instead. Abbas has control of Rex's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Rex regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Horrible takedown by Wales or perhaps it was just good defense by Shepherd which made him look bad. Shepherd misses with a hook. Wales ducked under it nicely. Wales changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Shepherd tries to avoid it but Wales manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Shepherd to the ground. Shepherd escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Shepherd stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
