The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Iverson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Burza at a distance.
Iverson misses the jab. Burza tries to clinch up but Iverson circles away and keeps his distance. Iverson gets in close and instigates a clinch. Iverson lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like Roman Burza has been cut. Burza is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Iverson gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Burza takes an elbow to the forehead. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reis rushes Nobis and presses him up against the ropes. Reis prevents the takedown attempt.
A nice right hand lands inside from Reis. Reis scores with a nice hook to the head. Reis breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bauer fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Grabovski looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Grabovski takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Bauer paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Grabovski takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Grabovski takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Grabovski pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Bauer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Bauer scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Grabovski takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Bauer is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Bauer tries a low kick but Grabovski avoids it. Grabovski throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bauer's waist but Bauer gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Grabovski off to one side. Bauer looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Very smooth. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Bauer remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Hawkins on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Hawkins tries to clinch up and Hawkins takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Hawkins wants to clinch and Walker counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Walker tries to pass to full mount but Hawkins defends it. Hawkins moves into full guard.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mickey Finn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jukka Jumi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Finn kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Von Bondies - C'mon c'mon. Jumi is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by War Machine. Jukka Jumi struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jumi swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Finn shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Finn uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Jumi takes a body punch but keeps moving. Finn throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Finn scores with a nice right hand.

Finn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jumi manages to avoid it. Finn throws a lazy right hand but Jumi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Finn bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Jumi's head. Jumi closes the distance and lands a one-two. Finn works Jumi's body with a nice hook. Finn tests Jumi's chin there with a solid looking shot.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Finn pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Finn grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Jumi takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Finn cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Plant is trying to control. It looks like Shannon Bannon has been cut. Bannon gets caught napping as Plant dives in and scores a takedown. Bannon manages to retain guard.
