Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Donatello Bradman and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrews tries for a takedown but Lukot circles away easily
enabling Lukot to counter with a crisp jab.
Andrews misses with a takedown attempt - Lukot sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Lukot throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Lukot dives in and scores a takedown into Andrews's guard.
Lukot is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Andrews scores with a couple of body punches from the bottom.
Andrews wants to control the position but Lukot says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Lukot thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lukot tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lukot has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Lukot thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Andrews manages to work his way to half guard, despite Lukot's best efforts.

That was a close round but I would say that Gubot Lukot will probably get the nod.

Andrews is looking for a sweep. Lukot is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Andrews wants to control the pace but Lukot is squirming around nicely.
Lukot sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Andrews stalling away here and it's allowed Lukot to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Andrews really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lukot. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That was a close second round but I would say that Gubot Lukot will probably get the nod.

Oh but Lukot is tightening it up a little... Andrews has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Andrews reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Andrews taps out! Nice BJJ there by Lukot!
