Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Gonawyn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew King V (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gonawyn comes to the cage accompanied by Crush 'em - Megadeth. King Gonawyn had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 267.9lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Matthew King V was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonawyn shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
King V tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Gonawyn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
King V has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Gonawyn uses from the top position.

King V has momentary wrist control but Gonawyn slips an elbow through the middle.

King V has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gonawyn is working away from the top position though.

That was a close round but I would say that King Gonawyn will probably get the nod.

Gonawyn is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Gonawyn gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Gonawyn gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Gonawyn apologises and we restart here on the feet.

King V is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Gonawyn can't fight it off and eventually King V manages to take the fight to the floor. Gonawyn looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Strash scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Avan Strash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sane on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Strash lands a left and a right that send Sane crashing to the mat, dazed. Strash thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Bret Sane has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Strash lands a jab to Sane's midsection.
Strash will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Strash cracks Sane with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Sane shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Strash as he avoids it easily.
Strash lands a slapping body shot.
Strash shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Sane eats them both and turns towards Strash to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
No joy there for Sane, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sane drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Sane takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Sane is rocked!
Strash sends Sane crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Strash is motioning to the referee to let Sane up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Oh Sane is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sane looks up at the clock. Bad move! Strash lands a right hand from hell, dropping Sane. Strash pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Permitis is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Dominquez rolls with it to try and escape but Permitis cranks on the arm and Dominquez is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Shiogun takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Talltree connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Talltree keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Shiogun closes the distance looking to clinch
and Talltree finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Talltree sizes up Shiogun with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Talltree lands a big head kick that sends Shiogun tumbling to the mat! Talltree takes a step backwards and waves Shiogun back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Shiogun is rocked!
Talltree looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Shiogun is still on wobbly legs! Can Talltree finish him?

Talltree ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Talltree dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Talltree closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Shiogun out cold! Shiogun corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
