Wash has an Americana. Lotto didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Wash is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Wash hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jenkins.
Jenkins shoots in for a takedown but Morales shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Morales drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Jenkins escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Morales gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Morales really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jenkins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jenkins is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Jenkins drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Jenkins seems to have locked his on tight now - Morales screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Jenkins, as he picks up the win!

In his post fight interview, Otis Jenkins started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Johnston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Sappe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Sappe's choice of entrance music: Django by Luis Bacalov. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Sappe throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Johnston stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

It looks like Dwayne Johnston has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Sappe cracks Johnston with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Sappe has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Johnston to stand back up!
Sappe drops Johnston with a huge uppercut! Johnston drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Sappe is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Bob Sappe thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jon Clemson.
Well Niaz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Fertas Bekan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dr Pepper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fertas Bekan had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 172.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!
