1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dan Henderson ! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Skip Squint and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Elokobi walks into a straight right hand from Henderson . Elokobi throws a leg kick and Henderson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Elokobi thinking. Elokobi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Henderson circles away quickly and effectively. Elokobi throws an off balance right hand
and Henderson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Henderson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Elokobi.
Elokobi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Henderson . Henderson connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Elokobi throws a wild body kick that Henderson sees coming a mile off. Henderson throws a right hand that Elokobi ducks under and follows up with a left that Elokobi also avoids with ease. Henderson moves away from the strike by Elokobi. Elokobi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Henderson . Henderson scores with a nice strike. Henderson slips under a jab. Henderson connects with a solid leg kick. A big left from Elokobi misses. Elokobi takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Elokobi is rocked! Henderson connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Elokobi to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Henderson !

A very excited looking Dan Henderson made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Te Rauparaha! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pain fails with a takedown attempt. Pain misses with a takedown attempt and Rauparaha counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Rauparaha scores with a spinning back kick! Pain has his takedown stuffed and Rauparaha counters with a good low kick that Pain was not able to check. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Pain. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pain shoots in looking for a takedown. Rauparaha tries to sprawl out of it but Pain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rauparaha manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Rauparaha jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Rauparaha moves in looking to clinch but Pain pushes him off. A slapping body kick lands there for Rauparaha. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pain is defended easily by Rauparaha. Rauparaha buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Pain shoots in for a takedown but Rauparaha shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Pain throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rauparaha's waist but Rauparaha gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Pain off to one side. Rauparaha scores with a nice head shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pain chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rauparaha can pounce on him.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Pain. Rauparaha comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Rauparaha fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Pain looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Pain fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rauparaha avoids it really well and circles away. Pain is breathing heavily. Rauparaha lands with a thumping leg kick.
Pain has his takedown stuffed and Rauparaha counters with a good, hard body kick but Pain shrugs it off. Rauparaha closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Rauparaha working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rauparaha creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Rauparaha works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Pain has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rauparaha is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pain wants a takedown.
Rauparaha lands with a short head shot on the inside. Rauparaha lands with a light punch inside. Rauparaha lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Pain. Rauparaha taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Rauparaha lands a right hand that snaps the head of Pain backwards. Rauparaha works on Pain's body with a couple of short punches. Rauparaha digs a right hand underneath Pain's ribcage. Pain let out a lung full of air as it connected. Rauparaha is working Pain over against the cage. Rauparaha stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rauparaha creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Pain changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rauparaha fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Rauparaha works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Rauparaha doesn't manage to clinch there - Pain circles away.
Pain keeps the fight on the outside. Pain closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rauparaha tries to buck Pain off but Pain is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pain tries to score with some ground and pound. Rauparaha controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Pain throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Pain wants to control but Rauparaha is keeping him busy. Rauparaha tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Pain wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Pain wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rauparaha keeps working. Rauparaha is trying to control Pain's posture but Pain avoids it. Pain working the head and body with strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pain tries to score with some ground and pound. Rauparaha controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Pain just content to control the position. Pain is putting a hurting on Rauparaha here, landing some big shots from side control. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Pain lands some shots froms side control. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Pain trying to control the action but Rauparaha is working from the bottom. Pain throwing strikes but Rauparaha manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Te Rauparaha dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Pain doesn't succeed with the takedown and Rauparaha counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Rauparaha lands a jab. Rauparaha tries to close the distance and clinch but Pain swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Pain crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Rauparaha - the referee stops the clock and Pain gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Rauparaha. Pain manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Pain looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Pain shoots in but Rauparaha avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Pain. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pain takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Rauparaha connects with a solid leg kick. Pain fails with the takedown. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pain has a takedown stuffed. Pain tries for a takedown but Rauparaha circles away easily and Rauparaha counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rauparaha with a nice cross. Rauparaha lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Good leg kick by Rauparaha there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Rauparaha lets loose with a powerful body kick. Pain will feel that in the morning. A decent looking body kick lands there for Rauparaha. Rauparaha fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Te Rauparaha showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Rauparaha throws a leg kick which misses Pain's front leg but catches the back leg as Pain tries to avoid it. Rauparaha thumps Pain with a low kick. Pain changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rauparaha tries to avoid it but Pain manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rauparaha to the ground. Rauparaha escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Pain. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pain stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rauparaha. Pain takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hennequano closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Faber actively working from the bottom here. Faber wants to get back to full guard. Hennequano trying to control from half guard but Faber is working away. Faber actively working from the bottom here. Faber moves into full guard.
Hennequano trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Faber looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Hennequano is defending well. Faber quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Hennequano has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Faber celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ellie clinches. Ellie throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Corbett blocks it with crossed arms. Ellie with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Ellie pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Corbett tries to clinch but Ellie moves out of range. Ellie drives through and clinches with Corbett against the cage.

Ellie lands with a nice combination. Corbett backs away looking to recover. Ellie ducks under a wild hook from Corbett. Corbett walks into a jab. Corbett takes a kick to the side of the head. Corbett has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Ellie finds it's way round the side to connect with Corbett's head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ellie misses with an uppercut. Corbett saw that one coming. Ellie clinches. Ellie lands a knee to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Corbett is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Ellie pulls him back up using the underhooks. Corbett is breathing heavily. Corbett jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ellie walks away with a smile on his face. Corbett gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Ellie instigates a clinch. Ellie's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. A head kick misses from Corbett. Ellie gets in close and instigates a clinch. Ellie manages to break the clinch.
Ellie pushes Corbett away with a front kick. Ellie uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Corbett.

No joy there for Ellie, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Corbett takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Ellie closes the distance and pushes Corbett back into the cage. Ellie connects with a knee to the head.

Tyron Ellie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ellie rushes Corbett and presses him up against the cage. Ellie manages to break the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Good shot there by Ellie. Corbett takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Anderson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Anderson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Mazaki avoids the head kick by Anderson.
Mazaki lands with a hook. Anderson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Anderson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mazaki moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Mazaki connects with a nice looking jab.

McNamara shoots in looking for a takedown but Cooper manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McNamara's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Cooper is looking to clinch. Cooper digs a good body shot into McNamara's ribs. KC Cooper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cooper instigates a clinch. Cooper escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A left and a right from Cooper both land. Nice combination. Cooper connects with a right hand. McNamara shakes it off. Cooper lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. McNamara takes a shot right to the bread basket. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Cooper just misses with a punch to the body.
McNamara takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Cooper ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McNamara moves away. Cooper thuds a left hand into McNamara's body. Nice uppercut lands for Cooper. That snapped McNamara's head back.

That's one minute gone in the round. Cooper looks to score with a jab to the body but McNamara is just out of range. A jab from Cooper misses. McNamara fails with the takedown. Cooper will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McNamara walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Cooper lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. McNamara scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. McNamara trying to mount his opponent but Cooper defends it. McNamara is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Cooper defends it well.

McNamara uses his free foot to push down on Cooper's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Cooper. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! McNamara throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

The crowd cheers as Cooper lands an impressive looking overhand right. McNamara doesn't seem phased though. Cooper steps in with a hook that catches McNamara right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Cooper follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! McNamara looks absolutely devastated.
