And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nasty tries to clinch but Alexander moves out of range.
Alexander throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Nasty tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Alexander is in Nasty's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nasty keeping full guard, as Alexander tries to pass.
Alexander with a flurry of punches that miss.
Nasty utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Nasty is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Nasty is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Alexander is controlling him.

Alexander throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Nasty to regain full guard.

Nasty tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Nasty utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Alexander is working Nasty over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Oh Nasty is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Alexander moves nicely into side control.
Alexander lands a decent elbow from side control.
Alexander cracks Nasty with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Alexander immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Nasty is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Alexander!

Salas closes the distance and pushes Silva back into the cage.
Silva gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Salas.
Salas gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Silva tries to get to full guard but Salas has control of the leg.
Silva wants to control but Salas is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Salas tries to pass the half guard into mount. Silva knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Salas is trying to control the action in half guard but Silva is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Salas wants to take a breather but Silva is having none of it.

Salas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and Silva counters with a left to the body.
Salas's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Silva connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Salas scrambles back to his feet.

Silva stuffs the takedown attempt from Salas. Salas gets slowly back to his feet.

Salas moves into the clinch successfully.
Salas breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Silva fakes the body blow, causing Salas to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Salas goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
