Vulcan throws a head kick that misses.

Crain clinches up with Vulcan and pushes him back against the cage.
Vulcan drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Vulcan as Crain tries to tie him up.
Crain connects with a knee to the head.

It looks like Morpheus Vulcan has been cut.

Vulcan has clasped his hands together around Crain's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Vulcan is working Crain over with some ground and pound from side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You can see the frustration on Crain's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Vulcan is working to tighten is grip on Crain's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Crain has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Vulcan is really squeezing tight and eventually Crain passes out! Vulcan breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Charles Martel.
Well Martel has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Charles Martel made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
In defeat, Kyle Le Blanc stepped up to the mic, saying 'Well they say it's better to try and fail than never to have tried at all, thanks for giving me the opportunity to take on a legend, props to Martel for the victory.'.
