The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karlovsson shoots in looking for a takedown but Dyer manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Karlovsson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Dyer sends Karlovsson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Dyer is motioning to the referee to let Karlovsson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Jonas Karlovsson has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Karlovsson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Dyer lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Karlovsson up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Dyer from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Karlovsson's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Stephen Dyer decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
