Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Farr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jermain King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Farr kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Welsh National Anthem. King is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: VAMPIRE. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Farr throws a series of punches but King moves out of range. Farr gets tackled into the cage by King. King maintains the clinch. King landing some nice looking knees to the body.

King lands an elbow inside that Farr shrugs off. Farr works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
The referee calls for Farr to work.
Farr softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Both fighters working to control the clinch. King lands a left hand that snaps the head of Farr backwards. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Farr blocks the elbow strike.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Tommy Farr. Farr throws a looping overhand right but King ducks down to avoid it. King misses with a body kick. A left and a right from Farr both land. Nice combination. Farr showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from King.

King bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. King tries to clinch but Farr moves out of range. Jermain King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Farr dips to his left and cracks King with an uppercut!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Farr checks a leg kick. Farr waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract King. Farr will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
King lands a nice leg kick that just misses Farr's sensitive parts. King takes a swing at Farr's ribcage but misses. King throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Farr misses with a looping right. A looping hook to the body misses from King. Farr does a little dance to reset his feet. King misses with a wild body shot. King throws a wild body kick that Farr sees coming a mile off. Farr lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as King backs up against the cage.
King throws out a token jab with nothing on it. King throws a hook but Farr avoids it easily. King lands a body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. King throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Farr waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract King. Farr misses with a right hand and King cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Farr checks a leg kick. Farr checks a low kick from King. Farr misses with an uppercut. King has taken the fight to the clinch.

Farr is looking to control King's arms but King gets an underhook and turns him. Now Farr has his back to the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Farr pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. King throws a head kick that misses. King connects with an inside leg kick. Farr stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from King. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. King bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. King keeps the fight on the outside. King fakes the leg kick and cracks Farr in the body. King is looking to clinch but Farr is avoiding it.
King throws a body kick that misses. King is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Farr rather than just go for the knockout. King misses with a kick to the body.
King works the jab nicely. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! King buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Farr misses with a hook. Farr uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by King.
King throws a shot from downtown. Farr moves away and avoids it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jermain King dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
King tries to clinch but fails miserably and Farr counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. King tries to close the distance and clinch up but Farr swats him away and circles back towards the center. Farr keeps the fight on the outside. King closes the distance and clinches. King makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. King misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Farr.

That's one minute gone in the round. King pushes off an throws an elbow but Farr leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Farr stalling.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Farr for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure. Good anti-grappling being displayed by King as Farr tries to tie him up. King tries to work over Farr's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Farr avoiding damage as King throws knees to the body.

I was talking to Farr's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Jermain King seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. King throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Farr tries to work over King's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Farr taking a breather.
That's two minutes gone in the round. King lands a good knee to the midsection. Farr won't want to take too many of those. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Farr being controlled against the cage. King tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Farr avoids it. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. King tries to land a knee to the head but Farr blocks with his arms.
Farr lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Farr is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. King goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. King lands a nice elbow from the clinch. King prevents a body shot from Farr. Farr blocks the elbow strike.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Farr can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight. King tries to land a knee to the head but Farr blocks with his arms.

Jermain King showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

King tries to clinch but Farr moves away and Farr counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

King is looking to land body kicks. King tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Farr paws at him with a jab and circles away. King scores with a push kick. Tommy Farr has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! A telegraphed right hand from Farr misses the target. King rushes Farr and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. King doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Farr tries to stall but King uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Farr pushes King back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Farr manages to break the clinch.
King tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Farr was well out of range. Poor timing from King. King tries to close the distance and clinch up but Farr swats him away and circles back towards the center. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! King slips a jab from Farr. Farr thuds his right hand into King's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. King tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Farr manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. King stalks Farr and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Farr's face. Farr staggers backwards, shaken. Farr avoids the head kick by King.
King works Farr's body with a nice hook. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Farr rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and King counters with a good, hard body kick but Farr shrugs it off. King fails in his attempt to clinch. King fails with an attempt to clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Jermain King comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well King has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kim chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Kim fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Fring sprawls well initially but Kim persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Kim lands with a punch from half guard. Kim not landing any meaningful shots this time. Fring manages to get to full guard.
Kim working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Fring's head. This has been an exciting period of action! Kim avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

It looks like Gustavo Fring has been cut. Kim scoring with some ground and pound. Fring looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Kim puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Fring tries to get to full guard but Kim has control of the leg. Kim is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Fring felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Kim has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Fring misses with some strikes from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kim takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Fring wants to get back to his feet. Fring looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Fring wants to control but Kim passes into side.
Kim is working Fring over with some ground and pound from side control.
That has opened up Gustavo Fring's cut even more. Fring regains half guard. Kim winds up and cracks Fring with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The cut above Gustavo Fring's eye is starting to cause him problems now. This has been an exciting period of action! Kim lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Fring is rocked!
Gustavo Fring's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Gustavo Fring's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Moody is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Moody was well out of range. Poor timing from Wang. Moody moves out of range as Wang throws a body kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The fight stays on the outside here - Wang looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Wang comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Moody moves out of range of the strikes. Wang misses the shot to the body. Wang moves into range and clinches up with Moody. Wang tries to circle away but Moody has him pinned against the cage. Moody misses with a punch to the body.
Moody manages to break the clinch.
Wang wants to slow Moody down by chopping away at his legs. Wang throws a low kick but it's checked well by Moody. Wang takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Moody ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wang moves away. Wang throws a quick inside leg kick. Moody takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Wang's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Moody connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wang scrambles back to his feet.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! A nice right hand lands inside from Moody. Wang prevents a body shot from Moody. Wang pushes Moody back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. A short left from Wang. Moody blocks a body shot from Wang. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ting Yan Wang will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Moody throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Moody ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wang moves away. Wang moves out of range of the body kick. Moody tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wang was well out of range. Poor timing from Moody. Wang lands a jab. Moody waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Wang. Moody throws a sloppy head kick and Wang moves out of range easily. Moody misses with a body kick. Moody lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Wang circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Moody drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Wang follows Moody to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

Smith can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Chamakh is looking to escape. Chamakh holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Smith tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
And that's the end of the fight! Slopey Smith showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Smith, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
