The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice jab there from Dragan. Dragan connects with a jab.
It looks like Homer Jaysimpson has been cut. Jaysimpson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Dragan to the mat! Dragan manages to get full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dragan looking to control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jaysimpson wants to pass the guard but Dragan is keeping the position. Jaysimpson throwing strikes from guard but Dragan blocks nicely. Jaysimpson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jaysimpson trying to control the pace. Homer Jaysimpson is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jaysimpson is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cruz slaps away a takedown attempt from Williams, before circling back to the center of the mat. Cruz tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Williams defends well and Cruz ends up having to push Williams into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Cruz wants a takedown but no success here.

Dority is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Dority swings away with a body shot that misses

Dority scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Dority circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Benz to the canvas! Benz doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Dority keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moxson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Nice takedown defense from Lee. No joy for Moxson on that attempt. Moxson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lee defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Moxson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Moxson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Lee goes for a small jab and connects. Now Lee goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Moxson stumbles back but Lee runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Moxson to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Moxson will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

and Dedechi counters with a nice low kick that buckles Silva's knee momentarily. Dedechi avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Silva misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dedechi.

That's better than Dedechi was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Silva wants to get back to his feet. Dedechi in side control, just content to control the action for now. Silva pushes Dedechi away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Dedechi gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Dedechi cracks Silva with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dedechi has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Silva to stand back up!
Silva is rocked! Silva is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Dedechi darts in looking for a takedown but Silva gets double underhooks and turns Dedechi into the cage. Dedechi stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dedechi lands a hook to the side of the head. Dedechi scores with an uppercut up the middle. Dedechi lands a left hand.
Oh Silva is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Dedechi pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Silva seems to have got his legs back now. Dedechi lands a body shot. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Honda Dedechi dominated that round. The cut man is working on Honda Dedechi's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Dedechi lands a big right hand that sends Silva crashing to the mat! Dedechi stays standing though and waves Silva back to his feet! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dedechi avoids the body shot from Silva.
