The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Hogin. Those never looked like landing.
Hogin with a poor takedown
and Jones counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hogin misses with a body punch
enabling Jones to counter with a crisp jab.
Jones feints and then cracks Hogin's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hogin down.
Hogin throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.
Jones scores with a one two! Hogin had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hogin swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hogin jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hogin throws a right hand that Jones ducks under and follows up with a left that Jones also avoids with ease.
Jones buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Jones drops Hogin with a beautiful combination! Hogin stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jones is looking for the KO!

Hogin is rocked!

It looks like Hulk Hogin has been cut.
Hogin tries to bum rush Jones with a series of wild strikes but Jones uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hogin tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Jones lands a big head kick that sends Hogin tumbling to the mat! Jones takes a step backwards and waves Hogin back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Oh Hogin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hogin wants to stay close but Jones steps back to make room for something. Hogin seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Jones and Hogin drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!

Shain slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Sato has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Shain on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Sato lands with a straight right. Shain didn't see that one coming.
Sato throws an overhand right that lands on Shain's shoulder, as Shain tries to avoid the shot.
Sato uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Shain.
