Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Feilo Meloy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Meloy's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Hypocrisy - Apocalypse. Savage has chosen Bon Jovi - It's my life as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meloy cracks Savage with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Savage has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Savage shoots for a double leg takedown but Meloy sprawls well. He's pushed Savage's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Savage changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Meloy tries to avoid it but Savage manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Meloy to the ground. Meloy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Meloy fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Savage on the side of the head.

It looks like Jackson Savage has been cut.
Savage tries to close the distance and clinch but Meloy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Meloy jabs Savage to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Savage tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Savage darts in looking for a takedown but Meloy gets double underhooks and turns Savage into the cage.

Savage closes the distance and clinches up with Meloy, looking for a takedown. Savage pushes Meloy against the cage but Meloy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Meloy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Savage.
Savage is trying desperately to land a takedown but Meloy is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Savage.
Savage takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Savage pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Savage dives in for a single leg takedown but Meloy sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Savage wants to take the fight to the mat but Meloy manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
