The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Willans clinches. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Willans prevents a takedown attempt there.
Churchall has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Willans is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Churchall has Willans pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Willans manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Winston Churchall. That's going to take a lot out of him. Churchall has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Willans is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Willans lands a nice knee to the body. Kneeeeees! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tomson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lloyd circles away. Lloyd has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Bruize Brothers in the buildup to the fight. Lloyd looks to land a right hand but Tomson moved out of range. Tomson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lloyd manages to avoid it. Lloyd comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Lloyd stuns Tomson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Tomson looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Lloyd is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Tomson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lloyd has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tomson has managed to get both his arms back between Lloyd's legs - danger averted. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lloyd keeping moving, preventing Tomson from controlling successfully. Tomson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tomson with a nice head shot there. Tomson is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Tomson trying to control but Lloyd is working from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jericho Tomson was stalling too much, according to the referee. Lloyd cracks Tomson with a right hand to the side of the head. Lloyd misses the shot to the body. Lloyd jabs Tomson to the body, keeping him at a distance. Tomson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lloyd. Tomson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lloyd sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tomson somewhat. Lloyd displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

It looks like Jericho Tomson has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A left lands for Lloyd. Tomson ducks right into an uppercut from Lloyd. Lloyd lands a leg kick that knocks Tomson off balance momentarily. Tomson looks winded! Tomson doesn't manage to clinch there - Lloyd circles away.

Lloyd lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Lloyd is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Tomson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Tomson there as he acknowledges the shot. A solid leg kick lands there for Lloyd.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lloyd drops Tomson with a beautiful combination! Tomson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Lloyd is looking for the KO! Mike Lloyd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tomson circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Lloyd. Tomson falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Lloyd!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab lands there for Manakain. A big left from Manakain misses. Manakain closes the distance and lands a one-two. Prato closes the distance and clinches. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Prato tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Manakain blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Prato tries to break free but Manakain pushes him back against the cage. Prato misses with the head strike.
Manakain has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Prato seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Manakain can turn it around. Prato has a couple of punches blocked by Manakain.

Prato has Manakain pressed against the cage, preventing Manakain from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Prato working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Prato tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Prato misses with the head strike.

Prato goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Manakain rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Prato's guard! Nice work there by Manakain! Prato is looking for a triangle but Manakain pushes his legs off easily.
Prato escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Manakain gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Manakain got a little sloppy there for a moment and Prato has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Manakain has managed to get both his arms back between Prato's legs - danger averted.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prato wants to sweep here but Manakain controlling him for the moment. Prato has his foot on Manakain's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Manakain works his way back into a safe position though. Prato is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Manakain is aware though and is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Prato controlling the position. Prato has a closed guard, preventing Manakain from standing up. Prato has a loose triangle. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Green has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Green there as he acknowledges the shot. Andersson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Green napping and manages to drive through into side control! Andersson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Green, who protects the arm well. Andersson looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Andersson tries to score with some ground and pound. Green controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Green parries the strikes from Andersson easily there. Andersson is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Green to escape.
Green is trying to control Andersson's posture but Andersson avoids it. Andersson looks up at the clock and then as Green takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Andersson smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Hoffman throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Hoffman dips to his left and cracks McQuade with an uppercut! McQuade looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
McQuade lands with a nice body punch. McQuade uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hoffman.
Hoffman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McQuade but McQuade pushes him off and we're back to square one. McQuade throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. McQuade misses with a head kick.

Hoffman is trying to break the clinch but McQuade is controlling him. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! McQuade misses with an elbow over the top. McQuade looks to throw an elbow but misses. Hoffman wants to break the clinch but can't.
