James tries to clinch but fails miserably

so Pinochet counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
James wants to stand up but Pinochet is controlling him.
Pinochet wanted to stand there but James had control of the position.
James is looking to stand up but Pinochet isn't so interested in that idea.

Pinochet keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of James's head.
Pinochet is looking to pass into half guard but James pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now James is in guard.
Augusto Pinochet has got the better of the ground game so far.
Pinochet bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in James's guard.
James can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pinochet controls the pace.
Pinochet forces his way into half guard.
Pinochet lands with a punch from half guard.
James is refusing to be controlled, as Pinochet sits in half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
James wants to get back to his feet.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Augusto Pinochet wasn't active enough on the ground.
Pinochet shoots in looking for a takedown. James tries to sprawl out of it but Pinochet keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. James manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Some bone on bone action there as Pinochet checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

James rushes Pinochet and presses him up against the cage.
Pinochet tries to score a body lock takedown but James shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Jesse James has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Augusto Pinochet.
Pinochet takes an elbow to the forehead.
Pinochet blocks an elbow strike.
James pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
James tries to land a knee to the head but Pinochet blocks with his arms.
James lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pinochet backwards.
James throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
James lands with a short head shot on the inside.
James is pushing Pinochet up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
James is pressed up against the cage. Pinochet has hold of a leg and is looking to drag James down to the mat. James avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
James doesn't manage to clinch there - Pinochet circles away.
Pinochet scores with a nice strike.
Pinochet sizes up James with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
The fight stays on the outside here - James looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pinochet shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as James sprawls well. James wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Pinochet gets slowly back to his feet.
Pinochet fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
James doesn't manage to clinch there - Pinochet circles away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
James moves to clinch but Pinochet breaks away
and Pinochet counters with a lovely shot to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
James tries to clinch up but Pinochet circles away and keeps his distance.
Pinochet tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but James defends well and Pinochet ends up having to push James into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
James swings wildly with an uppercut but Pinochet uses good head movement to avoid it.

And that's the end of the fight!
Augusto Pinochet comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Pinochet has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
