The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chulainn takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Chulainn slips a straight right by Zenedine.
Chulainn shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Zenedine as he avoids it easily.

Chulainn feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Chulainn is in close to Zenedine's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Zenedine knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chulainn on the ground.
Chulainn not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Penn throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Burns stumbling backwards into the cage! Burns bounces back off the cage towards Penn, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Penn lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Penn celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ivan Denisovitch!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Louie takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

It looks like Ivan Denisovitch has been cut.
Denisovitch displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Louie throws out the jab.
Denisovitch has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Louie lands a big head kick that sends Denisovitch tumbling to the mat! Louie takes a step backwards and waves Denisovitch back to his feet - he wants the finish!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Denisovitch gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Louie gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Denisovitch is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
