The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beckerman closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Beckerman in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Takahashi defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Brown. Brown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Takahashi moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Takahashi is looking to clinch but Brown is avoiding it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gunn will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gunn wants to clinch up but Gabor keeps it at a distance. Gunn fails in his attempt to clinch. Gunn lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Gabor throws a leg kick but Gunn sees it coming and moves out of range. Gunn misses with a wild body shot. An inside leg kick from Gabor misses. Gabor throws and low kick but Gunn moves out of range easily. Gabor keeps the fight on the outside. Gabor takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out.
