The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogers takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Rogers throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Davis counters with a stiff right hand.
Rogers cracks Davis with an open hand slap.

It looks like Donny Davis has been cut.

Rogers drops Davis with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Davis looks back up at him and smiles so Rogers waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Davis misses with a double jab.
Rogers throws a sloppy head kick and Davis moves out of range easily.

Rogers with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Davis to score with a decent uppercut.

Rogers plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Davis swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Davis face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

and Stevenson finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

That was a close round but I would say that Ogami Itto will probably get the nod.
