Vermont moves out of range as Eisenhardt strikes. Eisenhardt lands a jab to the nose. Vermont has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Eisenhardt works the jab nicely. Eisenhardt misses with the combination.
Eisenhardt with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Vermont to score with a decent uppercut. Vermont misses with a low kick. Vermont throws a hook but Eisenhardt blocks it. Vermont connects with a nice looking jab.
Vermont dives in and grabs Eisenhardt's left leg, looking for a takedown. Eisenhardt pushes down on Vermont's head and hops out. Eisenhardt ducks under a wild hook from Vermont. Eisenhardt misses with a few strikes there.
Vermont pounces like a tiger and cracks Eisenhardt with a vicious hook! Eisenhardt is down but not out! Vermont follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kelsey Vermont! Kelsey Vermont took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'WANGALOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! Yes.'.

He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Keo checks a leg kick. Keo misses the body punch and Orlov counters with an inside leg kick. Orlov scores with the left hand. Keo knows he should have avoided that one. Keo takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Orlov. Orlov tries to work over Keo's front leg with a kick but Keo checks it. Keo darts in trying to clinch and Orlov counters with a good low kick that Keo was not able to check. Orlov avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Keo tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Orlov makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Keo really felt that one! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Keo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Orlov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Keo tries to clinch up. Orlov cracks the inside of Keo's front leg. Keo lands a head kick. Orlov smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Orlov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Some bone on bone action there as Keo checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Orlov cracks Keo with a good jab. A head kick by Keo misses and Orlov counters with a thumping low kick. Keo closes the distance but Orlov moves to the side and Keo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Keo fails in his attempt to clinch. Keo is looking to clinch but Orlov is avoiding it.

Orlov swats away the attempt to clinch by Keo. Orlov throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Keo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Keo tries to clinch up and Orlov makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
The fight moves into the clinch position. A short uppercut from Keo. Keo tries for a takedown. No joy.

That's going to take a lot out of Heng Keo. Orlov lands a left hand.
Keo keeps control of Orlov as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Orlov lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Keo changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Orlov fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Keo tries to close the distance and clinch but Orlov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Orlov bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Heng Keo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Keo tries to clinch but Orlov is having none of it. Orlov misses with a body shot.
Orlov throws a front kick aimed at Keo's knee but Keo avoids it well. Orlov fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Keo. Orlov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Keo.

He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Keo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Orlov connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Keo scrambles back to his feet. This has been an exciting period of action! Orlov throws a head kick that misses. Keo doesn't manage to clinch there - Orlov circles away.
Jab, jab by Orlov - just one landing. Keo closes the distance but Orlov moves to the side and Orlov counters with a leg kick. Orlov works Keo's body with a nice hook. Keo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Orlov circles away quickly and effectively.
Keo rushes Orlov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Keo. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alexander Orlov dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Keo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Orlov paws at him with a jab and circles away. The fighters circle momentarily. Keo darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Orlov lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Orlov scores with a nice body kick.
Good leg kick by Orlov there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Keo tries to clinch up but Orlov circles away and keeps his distance. Orlov misses with a right hand and Keo counters with a low kick, right behind Orlov 's knee. Keo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Orlov. Orlov obviously looking to wear him down.
Keo looks to land a combination. Orlov sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Keo misses with a body kick. Keo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Orlov paws at him with a jab and circles away. Orlov is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Keo can do to turn this around? Orlov keeps the fight on the outside.

Orlov seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Keo is staying active underneath Orlov, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Orlov looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Keo actively working from the bottom here. Orlov perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Orlov.

Bosse throws out a loose jab but Lannister uses good head movement to avoid it. Bosse scores with a hook. Nice straight punches there by Bosse. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Bosse. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bosse throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Bosse lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lannister circles away quickly and effectively. Bosse does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Silveira throws a lazy right hand but Seiya sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Silveira works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Skyshriek doesn't seem too bothered but De Vries quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Skyshriek is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Skyshriek really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nice defenses there by Tucker.

Tucker is looking to wear down Salter with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. A combination from Salter does no damage. Tucker tries to clinch up. Salter is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Tucker had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Salter misses with a two punch combination.

Tucker bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Salter's head backwards. Tucker lands with a good body shot. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Salter lands a body shot.

A left lands for Salter. Tucker throws a nice inside leg kick. Tucker showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Salter.

A combination from Salter does no damage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tucker cracks a nice hook into Salter's ribs.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Zsorats. Jeong moves out of range of the body kick. Good leg kick by Jeong there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A head kick misses from Jeong. Jeong has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Jeong throws a sloppy head kick and Zsorats counters with a nice low kick that buckles Jeong's knee momentarily.
Jeong drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Zsorats wants to sweep but no luck. Zsorats is pulling down on Jeong's head to control his posture. Zsorats wants to hit a switch here but Jeong passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Zsorats there! Zsorats is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Zsorats wants to control but Jeong is having none of it. Jeong scoring with strikes but Zsorats is staying in there. Zsorats is bucking up trying to escape but Jeong cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Zsorats felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Jeong tries to pass the half guard into mount. Zsorats knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Jeong uses his free foot to push down on Zsorats's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Zsorats. Jeong scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Zsorats?

Jeong looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Jeong has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jeong is on top in guard.

Jaemin Jeong dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Jeong throws a push kick but Zsorats slaps the foot to one side.
Jeong decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Zsorats is refusing to be controlled, as Jeong sits in half guard. Jaemin Jeong overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Zsorats is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Zsorats trying to control from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Zsorats is in trouble now - Jeong has advanced to mount! Jeong throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Zsorats because Jeong loaded up on that one.

Jeong controls Zsorats momentarily but Zsorats frees himself.

Zsorats is trying to control the action in half guard but Jeong is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Zsorats is just content to waste time from the top position. Jeong takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Blaylock rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lom moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Blaylock moves forwards but Lom connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Dirk Blaylock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blaylock takes a swing at Lom's ribcage but misses. Sloppy strikes from Blaylock. Those never looked like landing. Blaylock jabs Lom to the body, keeping him at a distance. Blaylock ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Lom swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A nice leg kick lands there from Lom. This has been an exciting period of action! Lom finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Blaylock throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lom sees it coming and avoids it easily. Blaylock keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Blaylock shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lom eats them both and turns towards Blaylock to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Lom displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Blaylock throws out the jab.

Blaylock slips a straight right by Lom. Blaylock tries for a takedown but Lom sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Lom works the jab nicely. Lom feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Blaylocks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Blaylock has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Blaylock connects with a body shot. Blaylock lands with a shot to the body. Blaylock tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lom sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Blaylock somewhat. Nice body punch from Blaylock. Blaylock throws a body punch but Lom moves out of range. Blaylock fails with a takedown attempt. Kosti Lom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dirk Blaylock.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Blaylock misses with an uppercut. Lom saw that one coming. Lom lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Blaylock looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Blaylock looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lom is fending him off so far but Blaylock persists. Nope, Lom circles away and we're back to standing. Blaylock fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Lom on the side of the head. Blaylock blocks a jab. Blaylock scores with the left hand. Lom knows he should have avoided that one. Lom pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Blaylock looks to throw the jab but Lom is out of range. Lom takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Blaylock uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lom. Blaylock fails with a takedown attempt. Lom takes one on the button. Lom clobbers Blaylock with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Lom sizes up Blaylock with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Lom dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Blaylock rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lom moves out of range and avoids them all easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lom smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Lom steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Blaylock. Lom keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Lom lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Lom turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Blaylock jabs Lom right on the nose. Lom blinks but takes it well. Blaylock comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Lom lands a big head kick that sends Blaylock tumbling to the mat! Lom takes a step backwards and waves Blaylock back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Lom throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Blaylock on the side of the head.
