10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Martin Zinn! The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Jeff Smith and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed right hand from Zinn misses the target. Zinn has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Thrul is landing a low percentage of strikes. Zinn throws a series of punches but Thrul moves out of range. Thrul throws a hook to the side of Zinn's head but Zinn sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Zinn misses with a leg kick. Thrul dives in and grabs Zinn's left leg, looking for a takedown. Zinn pushes down on Thrul's head and hops out. Thrul is looking to chop away at Zinn's legs. Zinn unleashes a big counter combination but Thrul bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Thrul shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Still in half guard, Thrul seems content to control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Thrul's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Zinn wants to get back to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thrul is looking to stall here but Zinn recovers full guard. Thrul pushes down on Zinn's leg and manages to get into half guard. Thrul drops an elbow to the side of Zinn's head. Thrul missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Thrul works his way into side control. Zinn pushes Thrul away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Thrul gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Zinn is desperately trying to improve his position but Thrul has a good base and remains in mount. Zinn is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Thrul throwing strikes here but Zinn is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Iron tries to clinch up. The Iron gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The Iron pulls Hagush in close to prevent any damage. The Iron trying to control the position.
The Iron keeping full guard, as Hagush tries to pass. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The Iron not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The Iron told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hagush postures up in The Iron's guard and throws a big left but The Iron blocks it. Hagush definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Hagush landing with the ground and pound. Hagush trying to control the position from guard on top but The Iron is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Iron wants to stand up but Hagush is controlling him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hagush avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The Iron avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hagush accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Hagush throws a big right hand that misses. The Iron pulls Hagush in to control the position. Hagush throws a big elbow that misses. The Iron controls Hagush momentarily but Hagush frees himself. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. There's a bit of a scramble here and now The Iron is on top in guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Hagush wants to get back to full guard. The Iron is keen to just control but Hagush is a slippery customer. Hagush might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Hagush gets full guard. The Iron wants to pass the guard but Hagush is keeping the position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Price swings for the body but Mayfield moves out of range.

It looks like Curtis Mayfield has been cut. Mayfield shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Price but Price pushes him off and we're back to square one. Dan Price has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Curtis Mayfield. Price misses with a hook. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mayfield is defended easily by Price. We've been told by Price's head coaches at Seventh House that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Price looking to land some kicks to the body here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hassan fails to land with a series of punches.
Scott tries to counter with a takedown but Hassan is quick to defend against it. Hassan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Scott drops his hands momentarily and Hassan takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Scott has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Rape Academy in the buildup to the fight. Hassan swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Scott counters with a single leg into guard. Hassan didn't expect that. Hassan is pulling down on Scott's head. It's preventing any offense from Scott, at least for the moment. Hassan looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Hassan looking to control.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kultane is defended easily by Lundgrenson. Lundgrenson jabbing away but nothing is landing. Kultane half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Kultane throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Lundgrenson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kultane is in Lundgrenson's guard. Lundgrenson looking for a sweep. Not yet Lundgrenson, not yet. Kultane is rocked! Lundgrenson cracks Kultane with a hook to the temple - Kultane is on wobbly legs here! Lundgrenson swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Kultane falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Lundgrenson wins by TKO!

Thomas passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Jaak! Thomas jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Jaak manages to avoid the submission attempt. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jaak wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jaak scores with a nice strike. Jaak sizes up Thomas with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Thomas avoids the head kick by Jaak.
Kylma Jaak has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jaak stuffs the takedown attempt from Thomas. Thomas gets slowly back to his feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zuckerkorn steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Shamrock. Shamrock misses with a looping right. Shamrock jabbing away but nothing is landing. Zuckerkorn looks like he wants to counter punch here. A punch combination from Zuckerkorn misses. It looked like Shamrock was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Zuckerkorn. Shamrock avoids the body shot from Zuckerkorn.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Zuckerkorn with a jab. Zuckerkorn throws a low kick but Shamrock moves out of range easily. Shamrock swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Zuckerkorn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zuckerkorn uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Shamrock. Shamrock connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Zuckerkorn takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Shamrock misses with a straight right. Zuckerkorn has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Shamrock loads up on a big right hand but Zuckerkorn slips the punch. Zuckerkorn lands with a cross. Shamrock forces Zuckerkorn back against the cage and clinches. Zuckerkorn tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Shamrock smiles and moves away.
Bobby Shamrock is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Zuckerkorn throws a jab but it's blocked by Shamrock. Zuckerkorn swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Shamrock lands a left and a right that sends Zuckerkorn crashing to the canvas! Shamrock dives into mount looking to finish!
Zuckerkorn is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Zuckerkorn bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zuckerkorn won't allow Shamrock to get back to his feet. Shamrock keeping moving, preventing Zuckerkorn from controlling successfully. Zuckerkorn throwing strikes but missing. Zuckerkorn postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Shamrock working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Zuckerkorn. Shamrock is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zuckerkorn is controlling him. Zuckerkorn wants to pass the guard but Shamrock is keeping the position. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Zuckerkorn's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zuckerkorn postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Shamrock wants to stand but Zuckerkorn is controlling the position. Zuckerkorn scoring with some ground and pound. Shamrock is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zuckerkorn is controlling him. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Zuckerkorn accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Zuckerkorn loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Shamrock wants to get back to his feet but Zuckerkorn is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Shamrock keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Zuckerkorn.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Zuckerkorn stuns Shamrock with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Zuckerkorn drops his hands momentarily and Shamrock takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Shamrock misses with a left hand and Zuckerkorn counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Zuckerkorn keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Shamrock. Zuckerkorn misses with an uppercut. Zuckerkorn closes the distance looking to clinch and Shamrock counters with a stiff right hand. Zuckerkorn works Shamrock's body with a nice hook. Zuckerkorn falls off balance throwing a combination
and Shamrock counters with a nice uppercut. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Shamrock swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Bobby Shamrock is winning the standup battle so far. A jab from Zuckerkorn misses. Zuckerkorn scores with a jab to the head.
Shamrock displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Zuckerkorn throws out the jab. Zuckerkorn ducks right into an uppercut from Shamrock. Zuckerkorn is still on wobbly legs! Can Shamrock finish him? Zuckerkorn throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Shamrock scores with a counter punch that sends Zuckerkorn to the canvas! Shamrock smells blood - he's punishing Zuckerkorn with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Zuckerkorn has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Mcdermott goes for a double leg but McTavish avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as McTavish continues to drive forward. Mcdermott tries to score a power double leg takedown but McTavish sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mcdermott somewhat. McTavish throws out a counter right but Mcdermott avoids it with no problem. Mcdermott lands a nice shot that snaps McTavish's head back.
