19 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Manu Tuilagi! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Paul Gruel and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tuilagi moves out of range of the strikes. Koff shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Tuilagi looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Our spies down at at Brown House inform us that Tuilagi has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Tuilagi had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Koff defends it easily. Tuilagi keeping moving, preventing Koff from controlling successfully. Tuilagi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Koff can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That was a close second round but I would say that Bob Koff will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

That's one minute gone in the round. Havilah takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Havilah is looking to take a break and control but Michael is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Michael wants to control but Havilah is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Havilah moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Michael is rocked! Havilah clinches with his opponent.
Michael is still on wobbly legs! Can Havilah finish him? Havilah lands an uppercut. Havilah jerks Michael's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Michael drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Havilah goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Havilah because Michael was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

We've been hearing good reports from Cross's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Now Cross has his back to the cage. A short uppercut from Noel. Noel drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cross pulls his leg out and moves away.
Cross shoots in for a takedown but Noel shows good takedown defense. Noel changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cross looks to land a combination but Noel avoids it well. Noel connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Cross momentarily.
Noel stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Cross throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. And Noel tries to counter it with a takedown but Cross pushes his down on his head and steps out. A left lands for Noel.
Cross is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Noel fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cross, pushing him back against the cage. Oh Cross is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Noel taking a breather. Noel softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Leerose Noel has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Cross has had enough of the clinch but Noel keeps him there for the moment. Noel is trying to trip Cross. He has hold of a leg but Cross is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Noel persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Noel working some strikes from top position. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crazy scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Nice sprawl there from Crazy as Jenkins shoots in. Jenkins tries to score a power double leg takedown but Crazy sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jenkins somewhat. An inside leg kick lands from Crazy. Crazy tries to clinch up but Jenkins circles away and keeps his distance. Horrible takedown attempt by Jenkins or perhaps it was just good defense by Crazy, which made it look bad. Igor Crazy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lew Jenkins. Crazy wants to clinch up but Jenkins keeps it at a distance. Mayhem lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Mayhem fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Good leg kick by Mayhem there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Left hook, right uppercut from Joe. This has been an exciting period of action! Joe keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

A cross from Joe lands. Joe on the wrong end of a nice jab. Mayhem circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Joe to the canvas! Joe doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Mayhem keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Konani misses with a jab, cross combination.
Baco feints and as Konani raises his hands in defense, Baco changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Baco trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Baco really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Konani. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Konani throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Konani looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Baco is defending well. Konani quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Baco has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Konani celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jasshole throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Jasshole drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Tinker is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Tinker could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Tinker has his foot on Jasshole's thigh. That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Tinker looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Jasshole throwing shots but Tinker is blocking nicely. Jasshole works his foot free and advances to mount. Jasshole sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Tinker avoids a strike by Jasshole and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Jasshole's guard! Fantastic escape!

The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Jasshole looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Jasshole!
My spies in 11th Planet MMA inform me that Jasshole has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Tinker tries to bench press Jasshole off him but Jasshole keeps the position. Jasshole throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Tinker prevents Jasshole from improving position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jasshole tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Tinker gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Tinker might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Tinker gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Jasshole has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jasshole lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Jasshole is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! Jasshole engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Tinker isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Jasshole stacks Tinker on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Jasshole! The strikes coming from Jasshole are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jasshole is looking to take a break and control but Tinker is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Jasshole decides to stand back up. Tinker shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jasshole pinned against the cage. Jasshole gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! A momentary lapse in concentration from Jasshole enables Tinker to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jasshole manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Tinker drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jasshole manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Tinker has Jasshole in his guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hugh Jasshole showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jasshole can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Jasshole's corner is telling him to maintain position. The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Tinker gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jasshole. Hugh Jasshole is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Jasshole tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Jasshole is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

That's better than Jasshole was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jasshole creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
And that's the end of the fight! Hugh Jasshole comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jasshole has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Leuka shoots in for a takedown and gets it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Well, if Leuka is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
