In defeat, Reginald Dempsey stepped up to the mic, saying 'Hats off to Mr. Marciano. Nobody gave me a chance in this fight, but I trained hard and did my best and tonight he was the better man. The Rowdy One will keep improvin' and keep lampin' fools until he gets another shot!'.
