The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steigelmann takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Steigelmann gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Mandragoran.

It looks like Gunnar Steigelmann has been cut.
Mandragoran throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Steigelmann counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Mandragoran goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Mandragoran slips a jab from Steigelmann.
As Steigelmann backs away, Mandragoran returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Steigelmann throws a low kick but Mandragoran moves out of range easily.
Steigelmann lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mandragoran circles away quickly and effectively.
Steigelmann tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mandragoran was well out of range. Poor timing from Steigelmann.
Mandragoran scores with a one two! Steigelmann had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Steigelmann drops his shoulder and cracks Mandragoran with a huge uppercut! Mandragoran goes down! Can Steigelmann finish him?

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Steigelmann gets to his feet and stands over Mandragoran, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Mandragoran felt that one! Steigelmann unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Mandragoran from any more punishment!
