That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Maciej Jewtuszko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drogba tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Eclipse was well out of range. Poor timing from Drogba.
Eclipse doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Drogba swings for the body but Eclipse moves out of range.
Eclipse tries to counter by closing the distance.
Drogba takes a swing at Eclipse's ribcage but misses.
Eclipse swings for the body but Drogba moves out of range.
Drogba is looking to counter punch.
Eclipse tries to land a leg kick but Drogba saw it coming and moves away.
Drogba misses with an uppercut.
Eclipse is trying hard to land a takedown here. Drogba sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Eclipse uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Drogba.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Eclipse shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Drogba as he avoids it easily.
Eclipse tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Drogba manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
It looked like Drogba was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Eclipse.

Eclipse closes the distance and clinches up with Drogba, looking for a takedown. Eclipse pushes Drogba against the cage but Drogba circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Didier Drogba has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Xavier Eclipse.
Drogba uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

It looks like Xavier Eclipse has been cut.
Drogba is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Eclipse.
Eclipse gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Drogba.
Drogba throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Eclipse misses with a few strikes there.
No luck for Eclipse with that takedown attempt.

Xavier Eclipse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drogba avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Eclipse's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Drogba connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Eclipse scrambles back to his feet.

Eclipse is rocked!

Crack! Drogba connects with the perfect overhand right and Eclipse falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Drogba!
