The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Santiago tries for a takedown but Tero sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Tero looks to land a combination but Santiago avoids it well. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Santiago tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tero sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Santiago somewhat. Santiago takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Santiago looks gassed! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A shot to de liver by Tero. Beautiful body shot. Tero lands the left hand.
It looks like Jonh Santiago has been cut. Tero fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Santiago to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Santiago looks to clinch but Tero throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Santiago taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bergstrom turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Bergstrom doesn't manage to clinch there - Pound circles away.
Bergstrom throws a nice inside leg kick. Bergstrom wants to clinch. Pound keeps the fight on the outside. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pound scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Bergstrom is pushing Pound's head away, looking to escape. Pound manages to hold on to the position though.

That was a close round but I would say that Marcus Bergstrom will probably get the nod. That's time! Bergstrom's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Pound moves out of range of the body kick. Bergstrom tries to clinch up but Pound circles away and keeps his distance. Bergstrom wants to clinch up but Pound keeps it at a distance. The fight stays on the outside here - Bergstrom looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Pound gets the takedown into side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pound slows the pace down.

Brand Pound showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Bergstrom is looking to take this fight into the clinch. The fight stays on the outside here - Bergstrom looks like he's thinking about clinching though. No luck with that takedown attempt from Pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bergstrom fails in his attempt to clinch.

Pound is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Bergstrom has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Pound is looking to defend but Bergstrom has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Pound! Bergstrom pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Pound taps out and this one is all over!

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between James Ardonia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Ahtopaine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters had to take extra time to make weight as they missed the initial 145lb limit. James Ardonia came in at 146.5 and Igor Ahtopaine came in at 146.3 but after the extra two hours, both guys managed to get within the one pound allowance. No doubt it will have affected them physically though, so let's see if that has an impact on the fight. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ahtopaine bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Ardonia is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Ardonia tries to improve position but can't. Ahtopaine working the ground and pound from side control. Ardonia is looking to regain half guard here but Ahtopaine keeps moving and retains side control. Ardonia takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Ardonia is not content to let Ahtopaine control the position. Ahtopaine stands up and we're back to a striking position. Ahtopaine keeps the fight on the outside. Ahtopaine tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ardonia swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ahtopaine wants to clinch but Ardonia slips to the side and Ardonia counters with a head kick. James Ardonia is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
