I think White might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Chiddy Bang - Truth . Crane has chosen TOUCHED as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crane closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Crane is looking for a kimura but White is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Crane to get the leverage. Crane prevents White from improving his position. Crane is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's one minute gone in the round. Crane is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Crane is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but White still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, White has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! Crane tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but White wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. White wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Crane, who protects the arm well. White stands up and beckons Crane to his feet. Pat White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. White misses with a two punch combination.
White stuffs the takedown. Crane looks gassed! White lands an overhand right. Crane ducks right into an uppercut from White. Crane looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Crane shoots in for a takedown but White shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Crane takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. White stalks Crane and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Crane's face. Crane staggers backwards, shaken. White throws a one two combo.
White lands with a straight right. Crane didn't see that one coming. White lands with an uppercut that bounces Crane off the cage and back into rage. White stalks Crane and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Crane's face. Crane staggers backwards, shaken. White displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Crane is rocked! I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! White has cracked Crane with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! White lands another huge swinging hook and Crane tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Crane, before White can land any more shots!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Yoshida throws a low kick but it's checked well by Kiisseliniska. Yoshida throws a leg kick but Kiisseliniska sees it coming and moves out of range. Yoshida misses with a wild body shot. Yoshida throws a front kick aimed at Kiisseliniska's knee but Kiisseliniska avoids it well. Kiisseliniska lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
That has opened up Diego Yoshida's cut even more. Yoshida wants to clinch up but Kiisseliniska keeps it at a distance. Yoshida is looking to clinch. Kiisseliniska grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Yoshida takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Kiisseliniska cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by kope. Vikingstad is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, kope asserts his dominance and retains side control. kope misses with the ground and pound. kope grinds an elbow into Vikingstad's temple. Vikingstad is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked kope off and has taken his back! kope manages to reverse the position and now he's in Vikingstad's guard. Nice work there by kope.
kope stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vikingstad swivels though and keeps the full guard. kope throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Vikingstad works some decent striking defense from the bottom. kope wants to pass the guard but Vikingstad is keeping the position. Vikingstad is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's one minute gone in the round. kope postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. kope trying to control the position from guard on top but Vikingstad is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. kope postures up in Vikingstad's guard and throws a big left but Vikingstad blocks it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. kope shoots for a takedown but Vikingstad saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. kope shoots in for a takedown but Vikingstad shows good takedown defense. Vikingstad slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Vikingstad is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by kope. kope avoids the body shot from Vikingstad.

Vikingstad ducks down and throws a hook to the body but kope moves away. kope fails with the takedown. Valdemar Vikingstad has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of kaleidos kope. Vikingstad cracks kope with a right hand to the side of the head. Vikingstad misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from kope.

Vikingstad lands a left and a right that send kope crashing to the mat, dazed. Vikingstad thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like kaleidos kope has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Vikingstad scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Vikingstad lands a nice shot that snaps kope's head back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. It's a brutal combination of punches from Vikingstad! kope is backing up but he can't get away as Vikingstad lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops kope and ends the fight. Great knockout.

Rufo with a lazy takedown attempt and Loeffler counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Rufo! Loeffler looks gassed! Loeffler swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Rufo is now in Loeffler's guard. A big mistake from Loeffler there, giving up the dominant position! Rufo stands and throws Loeffler's legs to the side, diving into side control. Rufo tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Loeffler wants to get back to his feet but Rufo drags him back down. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rufo trying to control the position but Loeffler is working away. Loeffler wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Loeffler is not content to let Rufo control the position. Loeffler is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Rufo is controlling him well.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Loeffler misses with a takedown and Rufo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Loeffler's guard. Rufo slips nicely into half guard. Loeffler pushes Rufo off looking to stand but Rufo dives back in and keeps control.

Rufo has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Loeffler wants to stand up but Rufo is controlling him. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rufo decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Loeffler, up you get! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that alexious Rufo will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Rufo throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Loeffler works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Loeffler has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Rufo off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Loeffler bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Rufo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Samuelsson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Reynolds moves away. Samuelsson swinging wildly here.

Tim Reynolds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Reynolds gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Reynolds darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Reynolds seems to be looking for submissions.
