I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that David Grove was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Grove looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
McAdams seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

McAdams seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Grove for as long as he can get away with.

If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because McAdams is stinking the place up with his stalling.

The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

Tenen moves into the clinch.
McClosky has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tenen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Tenen has McClosky pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Tenen pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending McClosky tumbling to the mat - Tenen dives into McClosky's guard.
