Jesse Kshymensky had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 147.9lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. Undercard bout

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bogdan Vrinceanu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavior Reo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Vrinceanu might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Foggy dew. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vrinceanu moves out of range of the strikes.
Vrinceanu steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Reo.
Reo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Vrinceanu circles away quickly and effectively.
Vrinceanu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Vrinceanu moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Bogdan Vrinceanu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Reo throws the left hand but Vrinceanu avoids the punch easily.
Vrinceanu lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Vrinceanu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Vrinceanu throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Reo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Vrinceanu is in Reo's guard.

Reo wants to get back to his feet but Vrinceanu is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Vrinceanu has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Reo pushes a forearm under Vrinceanu's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Vrinceanu is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Kozlov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mitchell's waist but Mitchell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kozlov off to one side.

Kozlov looks for a takedown but Mitchell sprawls well.
Mitchell has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Kozlov has been working on his balance at Harambe Remembrance Hall, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Mitchell.

Mitchell wants to get back to striking at distance but Kozlov won't allow it.

Mitchell is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kozlov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mitchell but Mitchell pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Mitchell. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kozlov connects with a nice short shot to Mitchell's temple.

That was a close second round but I would say that Yevgeni Kozlov will probably get the nod.

Kozlov thows a huge punch but Mitchell dodges it nicely.

Reynolds is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rydell.
Rydell shoots for a double leg takedown but Reynolds sprawls well. He's pushed Rydell's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
