Shinker bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Kakuto shoots in looking for a takedown. Shinker tries to sprawl out of it but Kakuto keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Shinker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kakuto tries a head kick but it misses.
Shinker went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Kakuto has Shinker pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kakuto pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Shinker tumbling to the mat - Kakuto dives into Shinker's guard.
Shinker can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kakuto controls the pace.

Kakuto is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Shinker is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Shinker flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Kakuto anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Shinker and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Kakuto slips an arm under Shinker chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Kakuto has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Kakuto is squeezing on Shinker like an anaconda would it's prey. Shinker fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Starman kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is David Bowie - Starman. Oliver Huang struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. A big left from Segawa misses.
Slater tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Segawa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Slater moves into range and clinches up with Segawa.

Segawa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Slater swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Slater controls Segawa momentarily but Segawa frees himself.

Segawa thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Slater looking for a guillotine here but Segawa defends easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Slater is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Segawa rolls with it to try and escape but Slater cranks on the arm and Segawa is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lloyd feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Tennant sprawling to the canvas! Tennant rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Lloyd finish him?!

Tennant walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Lloyd stuns Tennant with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Lloyd throws a lazy right hand but Tennant sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Lloyd cracks Tennant with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Lloyd has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Tennant to stand back up!
Tennant is still on wobbly legs! Can Lloyd finish him?

Tennant seems to have recovered his senses.

Lloyd fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Tennant to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Tennant looks to clinch but Lloyd throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Tennant taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
