The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kowalski tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Makowski counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Jan Kowalski has been cut. Kowalski with a hook. Kowalski doesn't manage to clinch there - Makowski circles away.
Makowski moves in looking to clinch but Kowalski pushes him off. Kowalski is looking to clinch but Makowski is avoiding it.

Let's hope that Bastard has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Prisoner is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Prisoner could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Bastard drives through with a takedown into guard. Bastard slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Bastard takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Bastard manages to capitalize on a mistake by Prisoner to take his back!

The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Despite the aggression on Bootan's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Bootan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Antaris to the mat! Antaris manages to get full guard. Bootan is stalling in the full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Antaris pulls Bootan in close to his closed guard and prevents Bootan from doing any damage or advancing position. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Antaris looking to control.

Bootan postures up and lands a big shot to Antaris's brow. Antaris throws his legs up looking for a submission but Bootan uses it to pass to side control.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! DD clinches up with Pusilla and pushes him back against the cage. Pusilla manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. DD wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Pusilla's closed guard. He's half up but Pusilla has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Insect rushes Mallick and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Mallick has Insect pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Insect manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Mallick manages to break the clinch.
Insect closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Mallick wants to control but Insect postures up. Insect wants to stand but Mallick has his arm trapped. Mallick is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Insect is putting a hurting on Mallick here, landing some big shots from side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Insect tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Insect landing a few strikes.

The fighters roll with the hold and Mallick manages to kick Insect off! Insect jumps back into Mallick's guard. Mallick wants to sweep here but Insect controlling him for the moment. Nice. Insect can't do much from the bottom here. What's Insect going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Insect is looking to reverse the position.

Mallick wants to take a breather but Insect is having none of it. Mallick is looking to stall here but Insect recovers full guard. Insect has control of Mallick's left arm, preventing Mallick from doing any damage. Insect is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mallick is controlling him. Insect tries to land a sweep but no joy. Insect will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Mallick looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Insect is fending him off so far but Mallick persists. Nope, Insect circles away and we're back to standing. Insect swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Mallick fails to land the takedown. Insect shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mallick manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Mallick is looking to stand back up but Insect counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Mallick. Insect works his way into full mount! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Insect takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Stick Insect overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
