2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nairy Huts! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Edward Folayang! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Folayang scores with a body shot.
Huts dives in for a single leg takedown but Folayang sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Folayang scores with a nice head shot.
It looks like Nairy Huts has been cut. Huts tries to close the distance and clinch up but Folayang swats him away and circles back towards the center. A combination from Folayang does no damage. A momentary lapse in concentration from Folayang enables Huts to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Folayang manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Folayang pushes Huts off and scrambles back to his feet.
We've been hearing reports that Huts has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Huts fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Huts dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Folayang misses with a series of wild punches.
Huts shoots for a double leg takedown but Folayang sprawls well. He's pushed Huts's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nairy Huts. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Huts on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Huts takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Folayang avoids the head kick by Huts.

Folayang throws a lazy body kick and Huts counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Folayang escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Huts gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Folayang has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Huts can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Folayang throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Folayang manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Huts manages to get himself to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Huts wants to sweep here but Folayang controlling him for the moment. Folayang drops back looking for a leg! Huts is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Huts manages to kick Folayang off! Folayang jumps back into Huts's guard. Huts keeping full guard, as Folayang tries to pass. Folayang stands up from Huts's guard - Folayang perhaps looking for a knockout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Huts has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Folayang finds it's way round the side to connect with Huts's head. Huts tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Folayang defends well and Huts ends up having to push Folayang into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Huts takes one on the button. Huts scores with a head kick. Folayang tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Huts throws a head kick but Folayang moves out of range.
Huts walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Folayang throws a low kick but Huts avoids it. Huts throws a counter high kick but Folayang was just alert enough to avoid it. Folayang lands with a right and another and another! Huts is in big trouble! Folayang lands again and this time it's lights out for Huts! A quality knockout there for Folayang.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, NoBrain Mentally! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mentally connects with a right hand. Alaba shakes it off. Mentally scores with a jab to the jaw. Alaba looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mentally is fending him off so far but Alaba persists. Nope, Mentally circles away and we're back to standing. Alaba takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Mentally feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Alaba sprawling to the canvas! Alaba rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Mentally finish him?!
It looks like David Alaba has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Alaba walks straight into a right hand from Mentally - that's dropped him! Mentally jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Alaba from any more punishment! Alaba complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). NoBrain Mentally! NoBrain Mentally gave a mention to Urban Fighter in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kindzal looking to score a takedown here. Komaroff is defending well but Kindzal drives through and ends up in Komaroff's guard. Komaroff is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kindzal is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Kindzal content to stall in guard here. Kindzal avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Kindzal looking to pass the guard. Kindzal really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Komaroff. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kindzal seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Let's hope that Kindzal has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's one minute gone in the round. We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Kindzal. Komaroff had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kindzal defends it easily. Komaroff has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kindzal can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Komaroff looking for a guillotine here but Kindzal defends easily.
Komaroff looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Kindzal has picked Komaroff up and slammed him! Komaroff can't keep hold of the triangle and Kindzal manages to pass to side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Komaroff is looking for a sweep. Kindzal tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Komaroff wants to control but Kindzal postures up. Kindzal looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Komaroff tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kindzal wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Komaroff really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Komaroff gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kindzal lands a nice shot to the head. Kindzal is trying to take his opponent's back.

Komaroff is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
What can Komaroff do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kindzal really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Komaroff. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Abunazir Kindzal dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Komaroff misses with a takedown and Kindzal counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Komaroff takes a knee to the side of the body. Kindzal has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Komaroff is trying to keep an underhook but Kindzal manages to get the takedown into half guard. Kindzal has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Kindzal is working for a kimura but Komaroff is defending it quite comfortably.

Komaroff is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kindzal pulls his head out easily. Kindzal trying to control the pace.

Kindzal takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Kindzal passes the guard and advances to mount! Kindzal avoids the attempt from Komaroff to control. Komaroff tries to reverse the position but Kindzal maintains control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kindzal takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Komaroff tries to get back to half guard but can't. Kindzal looking to finish Komaroff with some ground and pound. This is bad for Komaroff! Kindzal lands a big elbow. Komaroff is desperately trying to improve his position but Kindzal has a good base and remains in mount. Kindzal throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Komaroff has his hands clasped together but Kindzal breaks the hold and Komaroff is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Kindzal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice cross by Silva. Nice shot lands for Silva. Silva scores with a jab to the body. Silva looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. The fight moves into the clinch position. Krawczyk tries to pull guard but Silva holds him up against the cage and eventually Krawczyk drops back down to his feet.
Silva is leaning against Krawczyk and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Krawczyk escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Karol Krawczyk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Krawczyk dives in for a single leg takedown but Silva sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Krawczyk throws a right hand that Silva ducks under and follows up with a left that Silva also avoids with ease. Krawczyk tries to clinch and Silva counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Silva scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Krawczyk misses with the combination.

Silva gets caught flat footed, as Krawczyk shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Krawczyk works over Silva with some ground and pound from guard. Krawczyk working some strikes from top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Silva looks winded! Krawczyk working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Silva's head. Krawczyk passes into half guard. Krawczyk is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Krawczyk working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Krawczyk throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Krawczyk looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Silva with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Krawczyk not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Krawczyk is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Krawczyk seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Krawczyk is nestled in close to Silva, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Krawczyk landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Krawczyk looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Krawczyk is trying for a kimura here. Silva looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Krawczyk wins by kimura!

It looks like James Dean has been cut. Wu displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Wu circles away from the clinch attempt.
Wu lands a really nice looking cross but Dean seems unphased.

Wu's coach down at Elite Underground Training Facility was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Wu's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Wu stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wu wants it to stay on the feet. Wu looks like he wants to counter punch here. Horrible takedown attempt by Dean or perhaps it was just good defense by Wu, which made it look bad. Wu swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Dean. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dean shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Wu sprawls well. Wu wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dean gets slowly back to his feet. No luck for Dean with that takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dean fails in his attempt to clinch. Dean tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wu manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Wu jabs Dean to the body, keeping him at a distance. Dean misses with a hook
and Wu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Dean takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Dean shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wu defends it nicely. Wu lands with a right hand. Zhang Wu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dean tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wu manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Wu let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Dean swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dean has a takedown stuffed. Dean looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Dean tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Wu defends well and Dean ends up having to push Wu into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Dean takes a body punch but keeps moving. Dean is breathing heavily. Wu jabs at Dean's body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The crowd cheers as Wu lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dean doesn't seem phased though. Wu lands a nice looking body shot.
Wu lands a jab to Dean's midsection. A jab from Wu finds it's way through Dean's defenses.
James Dean's cut is getting worse. Dean with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Wu to score with a decent uppercut. Wu lands a big right hand that sends Dean crashing to the mat! Wu stays standing though and waves Dean back to his feet!
Dean is rocked! Wu throws an uppercut from hell that sends Dean clean off his feet! He's out cold! Wu stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! NePitam fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Beilstein manages to avoid it. Beilstein with a lazy takedown attempt and NePitam counters with a nice body shot. Beilstein swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and NePitam counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Beilstein walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Beilstein shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says NePitam as he avoids it easily. Beilstein swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Takenaka has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. A short left from Murska. Murska stalls. Takenaka working hard to break the clinch. A nice right hand lands inside from Murska.
Takenaka is rocked!

Ispa Murska has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roku Takenaka. Takenaka jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Murska walks away with a smile on his face. Takenaka gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. A jab from Murska misses. Takenaka shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Murska pinned against the cage. Murska gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Takenaka will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Murska loads up on a big right hand but Takenaka slips the punch. Murska takes a swing at Takenaka's ribcage but misses. Murska with a hook. Nice defenses there by Murska. Murska missing with a left hand there. Takenaka was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Takenaka's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Murska connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Takenaka scrambles back to his feet. Takenaka takes a swing at Murska's ribcage but misses. A quick step to the side and Murska tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Murska swings for the body but Takenaka moves out of range.
Murska fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Takenaka, pushing him back against the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A head punch on the inside from Takenaka fails to land. Murska stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. A quick uppercut on the inside from Murska. Murska softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Murska lands an uppercut. Murska lands with a light punch inside. Murska makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. A short right hand to the side of the head by Murska.

Murska gets through Takenaka's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Murska scores with a nice hook to the head. Murska unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Takenaka! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Murska is unloading with more strikes now! Takenaka drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
