The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schwarzenegger shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Schwarzenegger was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Schwarzenegger with good strikes from the mount here! Schwarzenegger is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Foolery has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Schwarzenegger tries to control but Foolery wriggling away. Foolery is looking to improve his position but Schwarzenegger isn't that keen on the idea. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Schwarzenegger stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Schwarzenegger wants it to stay on the feet. Schwarzenegger drives through with a takedown into guard. Schwarzenegger throwing strikes from guard but Foolery blocks nicely. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Schwarzenegger accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Foolery is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Schwarzenegger rolls with it to try and escape but Foolery cranks on the arm and Schwarzenegger is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Tolomia might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Shinola is looking to stand up but Tolomia isn't so interested in that idea. Tolomia stands up from Shinola's guard - Tolomia perhaps looking for a knockout. Shinola bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Tolomia manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Tolomia thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Shinola's head. Nope, Easter circles away and we're back to standing. Easter throws a series of punches but Spring moves out of range. Spring fails to land the takedown. Easter displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Spring shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Easter as he avoids it easily. Ando Easter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Smash Spring. Spring shoots for a takedown but Easter saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Easter looks to land a combination but Spring avoids it well. Easter shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Easter showed some decent athleticism there. Spring regains half guard. Spring really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Easter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reyes gets a takedown into half guard. Ballerina looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Reyes winds up and cracks Ballerina with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Reyes lands strikes from half guard. Reyes takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Reyes is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Reyes landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Reyes connects with a nice short shot to Ballerina's temple. Reyes is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ballerina is just riding it out for now. Reyes eventually gives up the hold. Lee gets cracked there but stands up to it.
