We shoots in looking for a takedown but Wei manages to keep the fight standing, pushing We's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

We gets caught flat footed, as Wei shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

We is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Wei presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
We is trying to break the clinch but Wei has him pressed against the cage.

Wei is working for takedown but We is calmly controlling the position for now.

After the fight, Rhymin Slayin was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Kerr (ranked 282 p4p, 71 weight class) and Kvame Zulu (ranked 45 p4p, 13 weight class). Zulu has chosen Big Badaboom as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Zulu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kerr swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Zulu throws a lazy uppercut
and Kerr connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Nice uppercut lands for Kerr. That snapped Zulu's head back.
Zulu bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

In his post fight interview, Mark Kerr started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
