Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bert McAlroy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Jones!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McAlroy tries to clinch but Jones is having none of it.
As McAlroy backs off Jones throws a huge counter combo but McAlroy manages to avoid it all.
McAlroy has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from McAlroy there as he acknowledges the shot.
Jones blocks a head kick by McAlroy.
McAlroy could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Jones takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Jones takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
McAlroy throws a lazy right hand but Jones sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A countering left hand to the body from Jones misses.
Jones keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from McAlroy.
McAlroy swinging wildly here.
Jones now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
McAlroy takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
McAlroy looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
McAlroy showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jones.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jones looks to score with a jab to the body but McAlroy is just out of range.
McAlroy ducks under a wild hook from Jones.
Jones moves out of range of the body kick.
McAlroy goes for a small jab and connects. Now McAlroy goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Jones stumbles back but McAlroy runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Jones to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Jones will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
