Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Neo Till! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 23 - 22 - 1, fighting out of London, Zabit Magomedov! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Steven Brown.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Till uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Magomedov.
Till throws an off balance right hand
and Magomedov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Till avoids the body shot from Magomedov.
Magomedov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Magomedov keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Magomedov misses with a right hand and Till counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Zabit Magomedov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Magomedov looks to score with a jab to the body but Till is just out of range. Magomedov lands with a thumping leg kick.

Till has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gunplay MMA in the buildup to the fight. Till sizes up Magomedov with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Till avoids the head kick by Magomedov.

Till was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Till is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Magomedov misses with a straight left. Magomedov throws a leg kick but Till sees it coming and checks it nicely. Good exchange - Till coming out on top. An inside leg kick lands from Magomedov.
Till closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Till lands in his opponent's guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Magomedov is on top in guard.
Magomedov won't allow Till to sweep him here. Magomedov is fighting to break Till's control of his arms but Till is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Till wants to sweep but no luck. Till pulls Magomedov in close to his closed guard and prevents Magomedov from doing any damage or advancing position. Till lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Till scores with a decent looking elbow strike. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Till working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Magomedov not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Till's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Till connects with a couple of short punches. Till trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Neo Till will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Zabit Magomedov's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Till loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Magomedov has a hand on Till's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Till takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Till is landing with some decent strikes but Magomedov is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Till lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
The cut above Zabit Magomedov's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Till breaks from Magomedov's wrist control and lands an elbow. Till with good strikes from the mount here! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Magomedov tries to lock up and control but Till gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. You get the feeling that Magomedov really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Zabit Magomedov's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Raharu has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Team Grunt in the buildup to the fight. Raharu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. A little jabbing left from Matthew on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Matthew staying out of range there. Matthew was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Matthew connects with a looping right hand.
Matthew lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but John circles away quickly and effectively. John bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. A low kick lands for Matthew.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. John is looking to land body kicks. John lunges at Matthew with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Matthew's hand. John takes one on the chin but seems OK.

And that's the end of the fight! Patrick Matthew comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Matthew has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
