Lewis comes to the cage accompanied by DMX - Slippin. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunner looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lewis will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lewis misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gunner.
Lewis slips a jab and a cross from Gunner.
A quick step to the side and Lewis tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gunner throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Lewis counter with a right hand.
Gunner throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Lewis dives in for a single leg takedown but Gunner sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Sloppy strikes from Gunner. Those never looked like landing.
Lewis misses with a straight right.
Gunner takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Lewis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lewis connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Gunner covering up! Lewis comes in with a big uppercut and Gunner goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Kyle Lewis!
Kyle Lewis decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
