The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lundgren with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Murata to score with a decent uppercut.
Lundgren shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Murata but Murata pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Murata looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Murata drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lundgren looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lundgren looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lundgren!
Lundgren tries to score with some ground and pound. Murata controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lundgren tries to move to mount but Murata blocks the move with his legs.
Murata is looking for a sweep.

Lundgren passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Murata!
Lundgren has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Murata is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Lundgren locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Murata is forced to tap!
