Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alonzo Trotter (ranked 560 p4p, 86 weight class) and Jarred Reich (ranked 329 p4p, 51 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Jarred Reich enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
21 - 18 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alonzo Trotter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
18 - 10 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jarred Reich!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reich lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Trotter at a distance.
Trotter shoots in and drives through. Reich sprawls well.
Trotter uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Reich.
Trotter has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Reich finds it's way round the side to connect with Trotter's head.
Trotter misses the shot to the body.
Reich feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Trotters jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Reich throws out a powerful jab.
Reich connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Trotter momentarily.
Reich misses with a looping left.
Donk. Reich catches Trotter right on the button with a cross.
Trotter misses with a low kick.
Reich has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Reich lands with a nice body punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Danga de danga de dang - Reich scores with a four punch combination!
Trotter looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Reich tries a low kick but Trotter avoids it.
Trotter looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Trotter will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
It seemed like Reich was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Trotter takes a swing at Reich's ribcage but misses.
Reich thinks about the counter body kick.
Reich jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Trotter connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Reich's hands.
Reich throws a leg kick
and Trotter cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Reich tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Reich clobbers Trotter with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Reich dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Reich misses with a kick to the body
and Trotter decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Reich's guard.
Trotter trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Reich is on top in guard.
Reich postures up.
Trotter is really struggling to control Reich but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Reich won't allow Trotter to sweep him here.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Reich looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Reich passes into half guard.
Reich is just content to waste time from the top position. Trotter takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Reich seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Reich wants to control from the top but Trotter keeps moving.

Trotter working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Reich doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Reich manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Trotter controls Reich momentarily but Reich frees himself.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Trotter wants to sweep but no luck.
Trotter is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Reich defends well.
Reich content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Trotter has locked up a guillotine! Trotter's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Reich is holding on here and Trotter must be using up a lot of energy. Reich has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Trotter gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
